I signed up to try YELP for my Real Estate Business and because it was producing no results I cancel it in the first 30 day in June of 2023.However in September, October November and now December of 2023 they have been unknowingly charging my credit Card $900 each month for something I cancelled. I am now out $3600 and when I called them yesterday they said I put my account on "pause" and did not click "Cancel" back in June when I talked to their Represenative who of course no longer works at YELP. Its hard enough trying to to run a business these days and then add this company's act of dishonesty and deceptive practices and now I have no trust for YELP and will never recommend anyone I know to use them.
