Worst bank in the United States. Recently Chase double payed our mortgage, spent 3.5 hours arguing with them about it to no avail was told to contact mortgage company. Mortgage company said they needed record to show both payments were made ,Chase bank said they could not help us but we could go in to a branch and get what we needed. Upon questioning going into a branch the Chase rep said that isnt what I said. 2 days later they closed our account and shut off our debit cards. Total retaliation .Do yourself a favor and use a credit union and get service.
