When I contacted them they were very professional and asked many questions in order to figure out what software would be right for my company. They gave me a list of who might be suitable for my company. They said these software companies would be in touch. The companies contacted me in less than 48 hours, some in 24 hours. We spoke to all of them and now we are purchasing their software. It was a great experience!

Review of wayfair
The table I was shipped had a large crack in the corner of the top. I spoke to customer service to request a replacement piece but was told that the only way to replace the table top was to return the current table and be sent a replacement. This required repackaging the table and lugging it to a FedEx location. For my trouble, I requested a discount on the table as well. Once they provided the discount, I was told that they couldn’t issue a replacement because the issue had been resolved with a discount. I have no use for a cracked table!! I spoke to several agents and was told a manager would contact me. No one contacted me. Finally I decided to just return the table (the chairs had already been put together, so I REALLY didn’t want to disassemble and return those)—they only gave me $87 + the $27 discount back!! I could have bought the chairs separately for cheaper. So basically they pick and choose what gets the discount on sets based on what you return. I will not be recommending Wayfair to anyone that I know based on how they handled this situation. Terrible customer service. Update: wound up disassembling and returning the chairs as well to get the full amount back. What an irritating fiasco…
Review of Shopify
Do not use this platform. I signed up with an account got locked out when my free trial ended and opened two other stores an attempt to reopen the other one which I had actually purchased a website address from. Cancelled my billing that I signed up for and they continue to try every two days even though I have sent screenshots to the customer services person. The customer services says they’ll follow up, but they never do. They literally keep trying my account every two days and they will not stop. I have proof of my cancellation of the plansand they continue to try and take payment. I had to cancel my PayPal and credit card attached to stop these guys from trying to take it. I want to report them, but theirs is. And they continue to try and take payment. I had to cancel my PayPal and credit card attached to stop these guys from trying to take it. I want to report them, but there’s no valid customer service. If you contact them when you have a store, they will pretend like they’re helping you and they will say that somebody’s going to get back to you, but it never happens. I keep saving the screenshots and I was going to write a review also on the Canadian website as there are Canadian. They should not be able to practice without a valid customer service phone number as I think it breach is the UK guidelines for an online platform.

Absolutely awful management by Sage. For no reason that Sage can describe to me, additional subscriptions were added to my account. I havent been a Sage customer for over a year. Not only do they want to bill me suddenly but they are now also threatening me with a debt collection agency, with one invoice being £0.28p!SORT THIS OUT BEFORE I TAKE LEGAL ACTION IN RESPONSE

Review of squarespace
I used Squarespace for a photography portfolio. It was simple to get started and the site was easy to use for the most part.
I ran into a few problems when trying to get photos lined up in columns -- it wasn't clear the best way to do it. Photos would resize weird and take up more space than they should have. I eventually figured out that if I remove them and add them back they behave better.
I love that I don't need to know fancy HTML or CSS or whatever to build a professional looking site.
