So they offer you three free gifts but they don’t tell you that you have to buy something or share the link and someone else by something and I spent over six months almost every day to get my free things and they closed it on me out of nowhere and said it wasn’t available, which was after I bought a bicycle dog trailer, which was like four times the size of the picture so basically you’re going to get screwed one way or the other and the prices aren’t even that good the cheaper usually on eBay or Amazon

The cancellation process is a nightmare which involves 3 different pages with prompts confirming your cancellation. When I first tried to cancel, I chose the cancel subscription button, which took me to a new page. I selected a link I thought would confirm my cancellation and return me to the home page. Unfortunately, it only does the latter - the real cancellation button on that page is at the very bottom, hidden under a lot of ads for the site. There are two more pages to get through after this, all confirming your cancellation. I only found out I had not succeeded to cancel when I got charged 19 dollars to my PayPal account this morning.

Your one disgrace of a company had me on phone for 4 hours and I still not got saticefaction they should shut your company down as your one company you can’t get any help from and you don’t even surpport when there’s a problem I lost my email address I had for well over 15 yrs you should hang your heads in shame I know don’t have a email address every time I was on phone 4 times they cut my call off you should be ashamed of your selfs

Terrible customer service. It's obviously a voluntary act to donate, not an expectation. So why am I treated like its a loan repayment? I asked in writing to cancel my donations due to financial stress and they continued billing me for another 3 months after. I asked for refund of those 3 months and they claimed iggnorance to ever being contacted. I told them the exact date and time I was in communication with them. They denied. And now they loose my ongoing service and trust for the rest of my life and I'll do everything in my power to make their shortcomings known.

Same as other reviewers - it works on the TV downstairs - doesn't work on the upstairs TV at all even thought they are the same. Works intermittently on computers phones etc. Why is it so slow and why does it stop working so often. Also why doesn't it retain the programme you are watching - even in the same account I have to search for the programme every time I go to the App - why am I always offered Taskmaster as the only option. I will never want to watch Taskmaster so don't offer it any more.

I accidentally purchased a year's worth of subscription (the price was advertised monthly initially)Proceeded to ask for a refund in the next 2 days with no response. Luckily when I purchased the single account I got an email "You're finally getting started at Statista."- title which was from the customer relations team. I wrote an email to them and they replied back that they canceled my services from the next year 2024 and also mentioned that they can't refund me. Paying 550+ USD I still don't have access to a lot of data which requires an enterprise upgrade.Bad service! Bad business model! They should focus more for individuals.

My original card wallet was taken over by Klarna. Now I cannot access any of my loyalty cards unless I set up a klarna account and divulge more information than I am comfortable with. Any customer service request is answered by recorded message indicating klarna cannot assist. Massive Scam and data mining operation!
