I ordered a toy basket for my dog. It was not as expected, it's tiny! I can barely fit his biggest toy in it.I tried to resolve the matter but it's too stressful.So, another loss at the hands of an Etsy seller; GoldenEchoesCo.I prefer to purchase from small, independent businesses and ones, based in the UK. Made in Britain, even better. But I'm not going to purchase from Etsy again.I'll just go shopping on foot, the old way!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. Never receive my parcel the next day. Recently placed an order and it arrived late of course but it was the complete wrong order. Nothing I had ordered was in there and I received an underwear set that I had not ordered. Spoke to customer care who didn't apologise once and repeatedly told me to return it and just wait 10 days for a refund and order my same order that was ordered correctly in the first place again and pay again and wait 10 days for a refund Escalated to a manager who was just as unhelpful. I have been using Vagaro for at least 8 years. I have never used another scheduling site for my business. But I have had experiences as the user for other sites. Flaws with Vagaro - Every time Vagaro askes me to review their site I hit MEW and list the things I don't like. It has only accepted 1 out of at least 40 times I tried. So their own reviews can't be accurate. For years, they had a flaw in their system that would delete a day that you had booked yourself out in the future. Always a random day in the middle of your week off. So clients would book in and I would have to contact them and change their appointment. I complained about it numerous times and they blamed me. It was finally fixed. When a client "reschedules" an appointment it doesn't notify me, unless I opt in for all notifications, and it doesn't tell me how many times that same appointment has been rescheduled. Because I don't know how many times or when they rescheduled, at the last minute, they can do it as often as they like. The only way I notice it is to screen shot my calendar often. Even then I don't know exactly when they "reschduled" So annoying! Clients can book multiple appointments around the same time and Vagaro does not let them know or me. i.e. A client forgets they already booked an appointment and they book another one. Now they have 2 appointments or more the same week and then appointments are cancelled at the last minute. Or I have even had clients book multiple appointments in one week not knowing which one they can make. I don't have the time to continually check this. Vagaros calendar does not sink with ClassPass. So when I get a text for a ClassPass appointment I have to immediately go to my calendar and enter it. Vagaro does not offer a wait list to clients. Their systems also puts people in "unsubscribed" for emails even then they didn't request it. I know this for sure because my two best friends and my own account are "unsubscribed" they swear they didn't do it and I know for sure I didn't "unsubscribe" myself. When clients complain they don't get my vacation notification it's because they are in unsubscribe and many clients don't know how that happened. I am sure all sites have their issues. This is my experience with Vagaro.

I won't use UPS in the future if it can be avoided. My package is HERE, IN MY CITY but won't be delivered for another two days. I called trying to see if I could just go pick it up but no. IT'S HERE IN MY CITY! LET ME PICK IT UP! Terrible service. Terrible customer care too. It's hard to be slower than USPS's most basic options, you have to TRY to be slower, and here UPS is, TRYING their hardest to be the worst of the worst. A bicycle would be faster than UPS.

This service is a complete joke. I waited over 5 hours for a purchase that never went through because they repeatedly botched sending the verification code to my phone—canceling my order at least five times. Their incompetence is staggering; they couldn’t even update my phone number on their own, forcing me to reorder each time and wait an extra 30 minutes per attempt. Absolutely infuriating and unacceptable!

I have used Hubspot for the last 5 years and it has been a great experience. Hubspot can do almost anything. We have used it as a CRM for our sales team and have used the Marketing Hub for all of our emails and social media needs. It gives us the ability to communicate quickly with customers and potential customers. The only downside is that Hubspot can do everything, which means there is so much learning and onboarding to make sure you are using everything. Everything is customizable, which is great if you have the time to customize it. Our business model is unique and requires a bit of customization, which sometimes has caused problems with trying to expand our use of Hubspot, but I still highly recommend the tool.

However, some unscrupulous "booksellers", on the increase are in fact just intermediary, "parasitizing" the process, having not the book in the shop, but ordering it - at a lesser price - at some general discount platform (cf Medimops in Leipzig in Germany) also on abebooks, but pretending to set it directly after to you. If there is - as it was the case in one of my recent order - a listing problem with ISBN and EAN (the ISBN almost identical for two different books), of course, the unscrupulous bookseller who has not seen physically the book (he just order it to the discount platform, who sent it directly to you after) is of no help to reimburse you. This is at least what happened with some French Bookseller. It is detrimental to honest booksellers. Can you check it. At least, it just should be announced on your site.
