Good service on the whole. However, some unscrupulous "booksellers", on the increase are in fact just intermediary, "parasitizing" the process, having not the book in the shop, but ordering it - at a lesser price - at some general discount platform (cf Medimops in Leipzig in Germany) also on abebooks, but pretending to set it directly after to you. If there is - as it was the case in one of my recent order - a listing problem with ISBN and EAN (the ISBN almost identical for two different books), of course, the unscrupulous bookseller who has not seen physically the book (he just order it to the discount platform, who sent it directly to you after) is of no help to reimburse you. This is at least what happened with some French Bookseller. It is detrimental to honest booksellers. Can you check it. At least, it just should be announced on your site.

DO NOT BUY A LG refrigerator. Our 5 year old French door fridge stopped working. Called a certified LG repair person, our compressor and sealed unit are broken and cannot be repaired. Called LG their response was to send out a new compressor and parts for the sealed unit: they do not pay for repair. The repair person said it can’t be repaired. Never buy a LG product they have NO warranty!!!!

I used these to raise some money for Alzheimer’s society and unfortunately opened two pages, was messaged to ask to delete one, which I did thinking the money £80 would go into the other, wrong and now I don’t know where the money is, tried everything to get an answer from them, but never answered, no phone number, chat never has any agents. I would never use them again😡

Very innovative. They've set the bar way up high, I don't know of any other site like it. For those out there complaining of losing money, this was an initial understanding and anyone buying in is in turn, agreeing to such terms. Many marriages don't work after the "I love yous" - so much for "'till death do us part", right?

It is frustrating enough to pay for commercials every 5-10 mins but it is beyond disturbing and unacceptable to watch HIV and dating apps with gay men kissing especially for children to see it. It is the same commercial every break. We are tired of seeing it and hopefully changes will be made asap bc I know the majority of the population agrees with us!

I have been completely unable to get windows 10 to recognise my hero10 black either to transfer / view files or to use it as a webcam.Identical results with my laptop and desktop with a fresh install of windows 10.I see the gopro quik app is now obselete and no replacement is planned( 'No longer in development').The only way to transfer files seems to be to remove the card and use a card reader. The camera itself seems OK (but limited in practical ways like battery life and significant limitations using external power ) It also overheats and I had to purchase a third party accessory to be able to attach a safety lanyard -really for an 'action camera'?But without any viable connectivity it is not very usable.The response from gopro has been to either insult (have you turned the camera on?) or suggest I should change my windows 10 computer for something else that is compatible.It is clear from the web this is a widespread problem and the strong suspicion is that the camera is deliberately crippled in order to sell their cloud subscription.Cheap chinese cameras do (a lot) better than this.
