I wish I would have reviewed this site before making a purchase. The slide show service they offered was medicore compared to others. I signed up for a one time project, 4 months later I noticed a $42 charge on my statement. Then noticed $42 a month for the past 4 months. I never, absolutely never, agreed to a monthly subscription. I wanted to create one slide show for my daughters cheer team. I am not sure who would have the need to create slide shows on a monthly basis and if you are constantly creating slideshows, then you should probably just get familiar with software that you own, not lease. This service makes no sense. In any case, I contacted the company 4 times via email, since they do not have a customer support number listed anywhere, and no one replied. I finally received a reply to my first email 3 weeks after sending it. I explained that I did not sign up for a monthly memebship and they refused to refund me. I asked again politely, explaining that I did not see anything that said I would be charged monthly after my one project, still no refund. I was told that I was wrong and they would help me. I know my bank will credit me, but I just want more people to be aware of this companies practices. They hope you will turn into a sleeping bear and not realize your card is being charge a random dollar amount like $42. I just read other reviews and other people are having the same issues! STAY AWAY! There are plenty of other online slide show services and even free software that works as well. I was over charged more than $160 for a 5 minute slide show. Don't make the same mistake. This review could have been completely different had the company just honored my request or if they would of replied to one of my many emails within a reasonable amount of time, but their service is poor. Customer Service is the key to success!
