Too often the care givers who list their services on Care.com do not check for their messages frequently enough and do not respond in a timely manner to else they are not courteous and just ignore any inquiry they are not interested in pursuing leaving customers hanging in the wind. Very frustrating! These care giver people for the most part are not on top of their business. Care.com needs to have a mandatory 24 hour reply requirement to customer inquiries, or the care giver gets deleted from Care.com for their irresponsible attitudes to inquires they receive. Going to be easier for me to use a local care giver company like Visiting Angels than it is to use Care.com. Your care giver listings are dragging your Care.com business down.Just saying.
