I used freeCodeCamp for only 3 month for learning html and css and my experience is not good, the explication are bad write and not expose why we need to do this.I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is just starting out in programming precisely because of the few and unclear explanations.a serious negative point is that the explanations are only in English with the possibility of automatically translating them with google translate, really disappointing.there is no forum for help and the advice is crypticOn the other hand, the site is well done and the sponsor bear is very cute

Are the BBC Inept?

Are the BBC Inept? I was sent an email saying my status is invalid even though it does not expire till November as I placed a claim for no license owing to my process of relocating overseas at the time. I sent my goods overseas and then changed my mind and left my TV behind owing to the cargo bill being too high.BBC; why are you sending me to an AI virtual assistant, answering ‘NO’ to all the questions posed and then informing I have to pay my TV license based on my answers? I’m currently overseas now in Turkey as I post this review. I’m told I watched the iplayer and this is why. So I watched a few Wimbledon matches on my mobile here in Turkey with a VPN, how is that breaking BBC’s license policy? In Turkey we watch loads of live content and here NO LICENSE IS REQUIRED!!

I was with this company for 10 years…

I was with this company for 10 years and never lost service due to good standing account. With the company again for at least a year and same again good standing account. I transferred out lines to another carrier due to cost and it’s like the company became angry and controlling. All of a sudden my allowance to pay my bill in 30 days went down to two weeks. My bill was higher but have paid out 1,300 out of 1,500 within two weeks and still the system says this account is not allowed an extension even though the next bill is not due. The company has become creepy. My daughter has had two pedophiles contact her through her phone via Roblox and Game Pigeon. I now am concerned the person who is the pedophile actually works at ATT due to the hacking, money stolen, and controlling behavior of the company. They used to allow the system to recognize my information and now all reps demand me tell my security passcode. No Way!! ATT has fallen into the creepy category!!!

Terrible Exchange

I immediately called Adidas when I noticed I bought the wrong size online.. Customer Service said I would have to wait until it was delivered to exchange for the correct size ... which I did.. and initiated the return as soon as the box arrived. Zero response that it was received... Website chat never works... no email.. had to call customer service, which stated yes the box was received BUT there is a 21-day 'inspection' before the exchange is processed... no one at any point during the initial exchange transaction disclosed the turn around time... and while waiting for a supervisor I was disconnected.. shocker... so this customer is having a Christmas without a gift.... purchased on November 28th... Adidas should be ashamed of how it treats its customers... this brand is terrible.

I have bought a product on 24 June 2022 from the seller Tech Gigant through bol.com.Then I received a message from Instabox (the courier) informing me that they will deliver it on 25 June 2022. I cancelled my trip that date to stay at home and receive the product. I stayed all the day at home, but I was shocked when I received a message telling that they couldn’t deliver the product because nobody was at home, it’s untrue.I asked Instabox to return the product to the seller.I see through the tracking number that it was returned on 1 July 2022. I wrote a review relating to my complaint on bol.com, but it didn’t publish it.I contacted Instabox about the package and they said that it was returned to the seller. I contacted the seller Tech Gigant and it said that it didn’t receive it.I paid 104 euros in vain. I’m not refunded till now.I tried to contact bol.com, but there is a robot machine only to answer the questions.I’m sorry to say that it’s really a very very very bad service on bol.com.I’ll not recommend Tech Gigant, Instabox and bol.com to my network.I’ll publish my complaint on social media to help the buyers not to fall on same situation.And I’ll seek for a legal assistance to get my right back.

Moronic Refund Policy

EDIT 6/19Again, they are requesting for me to return a fake item. This “investigation” they launched along with proof I provided via email literally means nothing to them. Even under the update response, they’re doing the same song and dance. What a joke! They clearly cannot read, and my trust with Aliexpress is gone. Any Popmart collectors reading this: the store is called “Authentic Toy Store” and they sell OVERPRICED counterfeit Popmart products. Items listing have descriptors like “genuine” and “authentic”, which are not. There are resellers who have been vouched by the collector community of selling authentic Popmart products. EDIT 6/18/25As expected by Aliexpress, they still want me to return the counterfeit product as part of their “evidence.” This is completely insane and bad business practices here at play. Obviously their response is to safe face, but it’s clear whose side they’re on. I’m definitely initiating a chargeback because this has been a complete waste of time. -Cross posting from site jabber for order id:8201790239545099I attempted to get a refund from Aliexpress store that sells Popmart products, specifically Labubus. This store in particular "Authentic Toy Store" sells overpriced counterfeits for Popmart products, with faulty QR codes for verification. Their recent reviews on the seller profile have reflected that buyers have been DUPED into believing they bought authentic merchandise. All reviews, including my own experience, explain that the seller has used faulty QR codes to trick people into thinking it is authentic genuine product. I requested for REFUND ONLY, but Aliexpress insisted that I should RETURN the goods to the store in order to receive my refund. These products have been OPENED ALREADY. What are the sellers gonna do, reseal it and trick the next person? Their final solution was incredibly unhelpful to help get back the money I unfortunately lost from these dubious sellers. This is false advertisement at best, and their customer service "solution" is incredibly unhelpful. They are clearly siding with the seller despite PROOF THAT THIS IS A FAKE PRODUCT, MAKING THE CUSTOMER RETURN IT. I ultimately cancelled the request to return the product because of how ridiculous this is, and their customer service team would NOT HONOR MY INITIAL REQUEST, WHICH IS JUST A REFUND. Communication with the seller is not any better either. Any Popmart enjoyers who are looking to buy Labubus, you might take a risk that you may get a fake, and Aliexpress will take your money. I'm posting my complaint here seeing that they respond to inquiries, but highly doubt they side with the buyer, especially in a situation like this. I have no incentive other than to warn people to do their due diligence when trying to buy specific hobby products such as this one. The verification page indicates that the product is faulty and was scanned in May, but I received the product in JUNE! Aliexpress' refund policy is confusing to understand. The seller BARELY communicated with me as to why verification was faulty and to return their products to probably sell to the next person. You can send them all the proof in the world, but they’ll never side with you. Good luck getting your money back!

Long wait times for a tow

The reason to get AAA is fast service. The last 2 times my daughter broke down it took over 3 hrs to get a tow. She was in a major town and not in an area that is less populated. They don't answer the phone just the online chat and it won't let you talk to a human. It's faster to just call a tow company and save your money on AAA.

Woah, Spotify!Amazing music program, I bought premium for 2 months and, I can't say it's worth it, because the free version its, for me, almost the same, but it's very good! I mean, you can't make a music program, in a free version without ads, thats understandable...There are some things that in my opinion they need to upgrade, but comparing to other programs, in my opinion this one is the best.For my POV this things could be better:1- Sound Quality in big devices.2- Advice when premium is going to end.3- Some less known songs aren't in spotify.4- Customer service response time.All in all it's a very good program that I would recommend if you want to hear new and innovative music that relates to your style, I found amazing songs!V4len - Thrustworthy Reviewer - +2000 Reads

I prefer Domain.com over any other. They are efficient, easy to use, quick and courteous customer service. Pricing is affordable. I don't have to worry about my site and am able to present a professional and easy to use site for the viewers.I highly recommend Domain.com even though my antivirus software gives me a blank page on the app builder page, but I work around it.

Absolutely appalling “service”

Absolutely appalling. I can’t be the only person who works for a living right? So why do FedEx only attempt delivery during office hours while I’m at work??? So after the first failed delivery attempt I requested for my parcel to be delivered to my neighbour’s alleyway but I didn’t know that they now lock the gate so there is no access. When the second delivery attempt failed I followed the link to rearrange delivery again and received a message saying “Too many requests made for this shipment, please call 02476706695. I called the number, nothing-it doesn’t even ring. Went on the website and requested redelivery via the virtual assistant, the assistant couldn’t assist me so I was placed in a queue to speak to a customer service assistant. After about half an hour I reached the front of the queue and was redirected back to the virtual assistant again. After googling FedEx customer service I found another number. I called, went through the options menu and eventually was told the only way I could arrange a delivery to another address was if I contacted the sender. There is no email address for FedEx. In order to contact them you need to go through the virtual assistant on their website who places you in a queue to speak to a customer service assistant and when you reach the front of the queue you get redirected back to the virtual assistant. Amazing! So there will be a final delivery attempt tomorrow while I’m at work and then the package will be returned to sender. Brilliant, thanks a lot FedEx 🤣🤡🃏
