I am not refunded

I have bought a product on 24 June 2022 from the seller Tech Gigant through bol.com.Then I received a message from Instabox (the courier) informing me that they will deliver it on 25 June 2022. I cancelled my trip that date to stay at home and receive the product. I stayed all the day at home, but I was shocked when I received a message telling that they couldn’t deliver the product because nobody was at home, it’s untrue.I asked Instabox to return the product to the seller.I see through the tracking number that it was returned on 1 July 2022. I wrote a review relating to my complaint on bol.com, but it didn’t publish it.I contacted Instabox about the package and they said that it was returned to the seller. I contacted the seller Tech Gigant and it said that it didn’t receive it.I paid 104 euros in vain. I’m not refunded till now.I tried to contact bol.com, but there is a robot machine only to answer the questions.I’m sorry to say that it’s really a very very very bad service on bol.com.I’ll not recommend Tech Gigant, Instabox and bol.com to my network.I’ll publish my complaint on social media to help the buyers not to fall on same situation.And I’ll seek for a legal assistance to get my right back.
