We bought a 4 day ticket for 2 adults and on the morning of our last day before park opened we got a phone call that my mother in law had died unexpectedly and we left to get home. on our way home I Tried calling WDW guest services to find out what options were with our last unused already purchased tickets and waited 2hrs and finally gave up. Called again 24 hrs later and waited 1 hour and finally got in touch with someone. I explained what had happened and the person I spoke with was sympathetic but she asked me if we stopped by guest services before we left to tell them what had happened. I told her that honestly that was not a thought in our minds after we got the call from family at 7:00 am about my mother in law passing away. Plus I told her we were not staying at a WDW resort. We had our camper and we tried to stay at Fort Wilderness when we first bought tickets back in November of 2021 but there was nothing available so we stayed at Tropical Palms RV about 10 minutes from the parks. Then the guest services lady said she needed to talk with their escalataed guest services department and so I was put on hold for about 15 minutes and then she said that there was nothing they could do with our last day unused already purchased tickets. There’s No reason that WDW could not make those tickets good for another time in the future. Supposedly “the happiest place on earth “ likes to just flat out rob you. They just don’t care that they will keep your money. This is not the great customer service. WDW should be ashamed of themselves during this Very sad and difficult and stressful time to visitors with a death in the family or a family emergency.

My teenage daughter was talked into upgrading her phone... promised a trade in amount and decided to spend her hard earned babysitting money. The store was helpful. They did the math for her, helped her trade in her phone, and order her the new one. Sounds great, right! Well, she was credited only 1/2 of the amount she was promised. I have spent 2 hours of my time on the phone with customer service (which is always a frustrating and painful experience, but he the only way to get any answers). Come to find out the phone she traded in was not worth what she was promised, not because of condition, but because the person that sold us the new phone either flat out lied to her or didn't know what he was doing. Either option sucks! I have been a customer for 25 years. My whole family has been AT&T loyal, and WE ARE DONE! AT&T, the $350 you could have credited us to make this right is nothing to you, but everything to a hard working teenager. Shame on you and you deserve to lose a customer and hopefully more to come!

Awful system to make a simple booking. I was inundated with numerous emails to book a simple table. When I arrived home after the meal I had an email from open table asking why I had not attended! The email then went on to give me a lecture on how no shows adversely affect businesses. Very irked as I did attend. Their no reply emails are very frustrating as it prevents a two way communication and there is no way to reply or complain unless you go through the bother of going through their app - which I did not download. Have unsubscribed and will not use this process again. In future I shall call the restaurant directly.

Absolutely disgraceful now had my data breach on the go for 11 months not answered - if i don’t get given full breakdown by next friday 21st i have found a solicitor ready to take them on . Oh by the way , you know they are the “ transparent regulator ( yes right - well they have refused my subject access request for my data / emails to them on the grounds that dubjdct to me making a complaint about them i am now not allowed to have it - so let’s get that right - the organisation who is suppose to fight your data breaches is allegedly breaking a data breach !!I will pass on Solicitor details to all of i take this route ( thanks to those of you who have said you’ll stand by me / and for messages of support ! particular thanks to Paul B !!

Less then one star.Ordered same day delivery because I really need the item and the driver said no one was home (which was a lied because I was here all the time) When contacting customer service to explain my frustration they didn't even said sorry and it was being rude with me. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place anymore. I will never buy here anymore and will tell everyone to go to Amazon, Coolblue or anywhere but Bol.

Won't refund a returned phone and won't returned a trade-in phone... Stole TWO of my phones and each time I provide the tracking information showing proof of both shipments, they reply 13 days later saying "that's not tracking. I've lost two phones and a couple thousand dollars buying from Samsung. Never again. Worst possible customer service. This has been a fight since October 2024. THIEVES.

Made a jewelry purchase on board for over $4K on 12/5/19 which was promised to be delivered within 4-8 weeks. 16 weeks after no delivery of jewelry nor any updates. Went through a hard time with customer service and finally had them agreed to a refund on 4/6/2020. Its been another 2.5 months passed, no refund. Customer service kept using the pandemic excuse to hold back on my refund. I understand we are going thru some unprecedented times but are you going to refund me when this pandemic finally go away?7/20: Another month passed and still awaiting on my refund

Often no paperwork; most people in this situation are quite vulnerable. Women and Men. Complete strangers to bedfellows overnight. Many also rorting the system and get referrals by agencies who buy/rent a local dump and put up office partitions.- This comment was not allowed on a story about housesharing. I clicked through many links to try find some customer service option which doesn't exist. BOYCOTT MSN FOR CLICKS IS ALL THEY CARE FOR - let legacy media die.
