Made a jewelry purchase on board for over $4K on 12/5/19 which was promised to be delivered within 4-8 weeks. 16 weeks after no delivery of jewelry nor any updates. Went through a hard time with customer service and finally had them agreed to a refund on 4/6/2020. Its been another 2.5 months passed, no refund. Customer service kept using the pandemic excuse to hold back on my refund. I understand we are going thru some unprecedented times but are you going to refund me when this pandemic finally go away?7/20: Another month passed and still awaiting on my refund
