To be fair, Facebook deserves to win a Noble peace prize for unique innovation in people management. It keeps all the attention seeking, narcissistic idiots all together in one virtual space to compete for attention from each other. It also gives those people who need to be validated and proved right, especially when they are not, all in one place fighting for likes and praise from those lesser beings crazy enough to engage with them. All the time they are following and reading posts on that site, they are not bothering me and all the normal people of the world going about their day. I tell my kids that Facebook is the place that school bullies go to when they leave education.

So slow. I thought it was supposed to be quick, but alas it is slower than Firefox by some way. I got rid of Firefox and now considering looking for an alternative to Google Chrome. I tried searching for Camparethemarket looking for insurance and the page wouldn't even load, as though it was being blocked deliberately. Maybe Google have an interest in the competitors. Not impressed. Maybe next I'll try Duck Duck Go and maybe use the browsers on my pc that I didn't bother with before like Edge.

Booked a room in London for two nights in July through VRBO . When myself, my wife and disabled son arrived we found our room had been let out to another guest and the host told us he had cancelled our reservation without informing us and then refused to answer his phone afterwards. We contacted VRBO on several occasions and they promised to investigate the case but never rang us or contacted us. To this day we still have not received a refund. Use this company at your peril. No chance of speaking to somebody who has any responsibility for refunds or complaints etc. very shady dealings by this company.Ended up reporting this incident of Fraud to the police.

Dear Fellow Cruise Travelers:Beware of your cruise bookings through 3rd party particularly for the Royal Caribbean Cruises.We called today (7/23/2024) to confirm our reservations for family of 6 people (My family and my in-laws). The reservation was for 2 state rooms that were paid for almost 2 months ago with almost $10,000 paid upfront. We found out that they put my in-laws on deck 10 and my family on deck 6. When we booked we were supposed to be in room next to each other. My in-laws are 75 years old and they are from India. This is their 1st cruise experience and our 2nd. We couldn’t get a confirmation of dietary preferences. We were given 5 pm. Dinner time since that was the only time available. They tried to put my in-laws at 7:45 pm waitlisted for my In-laws and my family with 2 kids at 5 pm. The customer service is absolutely terrible, we were transferred to couple of supervisors that were based out of country and they kept apologizing and kept telling us they can’t help us we should go to the American Express since the Royal Caribbean Cruise line doesn’t prefer and service travel agent bookings. To our surprise after 90 minutes of discussion and many transfers we were only given only first names of the people who were on the phone, Fernando, Rafael Gustavo and no last names and no email addresses and no acknowledgement of where are they from and no record of communication we had and no help except we are sorry, we can’t help you we like to help you. Lots of CRAP and no solution. We were even transferred to what they call resolution department and they kept saying that they are not able to help and they are sorry. The booking must be cremated with Royal Caribbean Cruise to get any service about your cruise and related services. It was a HUGE surprise to us since you can not get anything done since we did not book it with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. We are almost told to bring our own food, eat at different times, live on different decks and no service since it was booked through American Express (third party). PLEASE BE VERY VERY CAREFUL. I have several applicants for a cleaning job. I agreed with one cleaning person to come out the following week. The day and time came and the cleaning person didn't show at agreed time and would not respond to my messages that morning to confirm our appointment. I find this site to offer no real service. This hit or miss type of booking system is totally useless. I paid for a year subscription and will be talking with my credit card company to cancel and refund my account. Don't waste your time with this business app. It is a fly by night company!
