Massive delays on my playstation order with no information about the arrival (but the money taken before the order is processed). It takes hours to get through to customer service and when you do they either give you incorrect arrival dates or tell you they are escalating your case to a group that does not contact you in the advised timeline. I still have not received the playstation or any information about its arrival.

I spent a lot of money to fly 1st class. This is the worst I have ever been treated. We had no service and when we asked the response from staff was rude and quite humiliating. I travel a lot and will try to avoid Delta. When you spend over a thousand dollars on a 1 hr 30 min flight you would think you would get more than a bottle water.

I had a free 12 month Free trial which I cancelled a week before the annual charge and Microsoft still took the money from my bank account , I have called Microsoft UK on 3 different numbers all of which have an IVR that is not responsive , I feel this is a dirty underhanded tactic by Microsoft

Whenever I open Klarna App to view my cards - half of my phone screen is covered with a ‘Promo square’ and when I click the ‘x’ in top right to close it, instead it always takes me to another site! Very, very annoying. I will be looking for another wallet app asap.
