I have several applicants for a cleaning job. I agreed with one cleaning person to come out the following week. The day and time came and the cleaning person didn't show at agreed time and would not respond to my messages that morning to confirm our appointment. I find this site to offer no real service. This hit or miss type of booking system is totally useless. I paid for a year subscription and will be talking with my credit card company to cancel and refund my account. Don't waste your time with this business app. It is a fly by night company!
