Booked a room in London for two nights in July through VRBO . When myself, my wife and disabled son arrived we found our room had been let out to another guest and the host told us he had cancelled our reservation without informing us and then refused to answer his phone afterwards. We contacted VRBO on several occasions and they promised to investigate the case but never rang us or contacted us. To this day we still have not received a refund. Use this company at your peril. No chance of speaking to somebody who has any responsibility for refunds or complaints etc. very shady dealings by this company.Ended up reporting this incident of Fraud to the police.
