I ordered items for my grandmother online. One of the items did not come in the order. I have been trying to get a hold of Macy’s for the past 3 weeks and when I finally figure out what buttons to press to speak to a live agent, I get hung up on by that automated recording. No, my issue cannot be solved online, because they are not responding to emails. I need to speak with a live agent. My poor grandmother deserves to get her money back for the item she did not receive.
