Review of discogs
I am finding it impossible selling on Discogs. I have sold 20 records. I try to grade a Very Good at a good rating so the buyer gets a better deal. ( less complaints. ) Unfortunatly the last record I sold for £5. Was worth more than a £10 note all day long. A rare Brillizan jazz 1977 record sent Royal mail within 4 days of buyer paying. The buyer still left negitative feedback. I have had 3 of these negative type of feedbacks for customers who have bought records. I am finding it a very negative place to sell my records now. with other sellers assigned to fix the problems at hand. The more negitative feedback their other sellers have on this site the better for their shops. I also sent a very rare Pink Floyd record to South Korea the buyer vanished with taking his money back & kepping the record. I had no help from Discogs. I think Discogs has hit rock bottom. I will have to set up an independent records shop using a web designer. I am dissapointed in this Discog platform.
Review of xbox
Ive been a longtime xbox consumer, 10+ years to be exact. Ive never had any issues until now. I bought the xbox one this year and I noticed there were some issues with the A button at first but it was nothing major. Then, all of a sudden, A month after the warranty is over the aux where you plug in the mic stops working. SUPER SUSPECT. I tried plugging in several different mics to see if it was the mic or the jack. It was the jack. The mics worked fine on other devices. I called xbox and told them my issues and they will not back up their product. I clearly had a defective controller and they will do nothing about it. On top of that, the operator just stayed silent just to get me to hang up. Terrible service! I will not buy from xbox again, im sure playstation will love to have me as their valued customer and not give me this bull xbox does.Do not buy an xbox!!!

Placed an order on 5/9 and paid for 3 day select, received in 5days, called customer service 1 day passed thec15day window to claim refund I was not informed of, regardless I paid for a service not received and refuse to refund due to 1 day over limit, will never use them again!!!

They don't seem to even know or acknowledge this is happening. Paid software shouldn't be down for 2 days, even just one hour is really really bad customer service, cancelling premium as soon as I get access bad and leaving a bad review right now about the pro version. It seems these is their normal since I am seeing really bad reviews already about the pro services.

Clearly their mode has moved to selling recruitment and marketing services. I have had a series of reviews rejected unless they are glowing positive feeback of their active paying customer who is recruiting. So if you pay glassdoor for service, you dont get to leave anything less than outstanding feedback. At least trustpilot has stayed true to its core purpose. Glassdoor is more like a mirror with hogwarts behind it ...
