Having taken 4 previous cruises with other companies, we thought we knew what to expect. This was awful! Terrible guest service experience onboard and post-cruise. No vegan menu as advertised on website - first cruise we have ever been hungry on! No adults-only area because of "special circumstances" on our cruise - apparently they weren't counting on Coastal Alaska being chilly and rainy??? Staterooms were in terrible disrepair: we had plumbing issues, loose tiles on shower floor that bubbled up trapped water each time we stepped in to shower, & leaking toilet. Long black hairs left from previous guest in shower and on bathroom floor. And the list goes on! Onboard Guest Services told us to contact Miami, FL Post-Cruise Customer Service for compensation or future travel credit, and Post-Cruise CS told us we had to deal with our issues onboard! In other words, no one is responsible for an excellent guest experience aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise! Complete waste of our money for what was supposed to be a 75th birthday celebration for my mom with her whole family! Such a disappointment for all of us.

I can't say much about their competitors since I've only used 99Designs, but I've almost always been really satisfied with the level of work received. I have found that the contests usually provide a higher level of consistency, even the lower/cheaper tiers, than the 1:1 design options. Overall, I consider 99Designs to be a great platform for designs and will consider using them for my more serious projects as the pricing is relatively expensive.

I'm not a tech guy but I knew how to update my business on Google and Facebook. Learning that there were so many more was a bit overwhelming. Not something everyone thinks of when opening a business with everything else going on. Luckily, I came across Moz when trying to check my online presence and after some research I went with Moz local. It has been very easy to use and I love the fact that I can schedule posts with their calendar. There are a ton of other features I'm still checking out and plan to use as well. Overall I'm very happy with the experience so far.

Created a google remarketing ad in Mailchimp. Still waiting over a day and it is in review. Contacted support who said they could not help and to contact Google. This ad is done via your platform Mailchimp so you should be able to assist. If I wanted to create ads direct via Google I would. This is the reply I received "Hi, reviewing the info. This is not an issue at our end; it is undergoing a review process by Google to ensure it complies with their policies before it can start running.So you need to contact Google to view what's happening or why it's taking more time to review.". I asked for Google contact details for Mailchimp ads but they failed to reply. Mailchimp are trying to do too many things at once and falling into mediocracy

I ordered Adidas SL72 RS White shoes on 24/04/25. The order arrived a few days later. Unfortunately, instead of white shoes, I received yellow ones... I purchased them at a promotional price and received a 20% discount code for my first purchase. I contacted customer service to exchange them for the correct pair. I was informed that I had to return the order and contact them again with postal confirmation to receive a promo code and reorder the shoes at the same price. Customer support stated they couldn’t guarantee the size would still be available but suggested I refresh the page periodically to check stock availability. I returned the shoes, went back to customer service with the postal confirmation, and was asked to send a photo of the proof. After sending the photo, I was told to wait until the shoes returned to the warehouse and then contact customer support again for the promo code. I asked why I was misled earlier, but the representative couldn’t answer or offer further support. When the shoes finally restocked, I contacted customer service again, only to be informed that I wouldn’t receive the code immediately because ASOS has a "special team" that needs to review the case and respond via email. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager, but my request was ignored. The code was eventually sent but didn’t work. I replied that the code was invalid, and while waiting for a response, the shoes sold out again. I was told once more to monitor stock and request another code when available. When the shoes reappeared, I asked for the code again but was told they were now from a "partner brand," so the discount no longer applied, and I’d have to pay full price. This is simply unbelievable… I gave up on the purchase and deleted the ASOS app. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any retailer. I feel the support team was deliberately uncooperative. I don’t know if the company’s policies are this flawed or if the employees simply lack the goodwill to help customers. I wasn’t asking for special treatment—the company made a mistake and should have taken responsibility to fix it. ASOS failed to do so. I wasted hours of my time… I can’t even describe how disrespected I feel over an issue involving just £15…

I received quick responses from the companies I chose. I liked the fact that once I chose a company, I could choose other companies to send my request to. I also liked the fact that my request was only sent to companies I chose and not broadcast to everyone under the work category.

im really upset i have had my outlook email for the last 10-12 years something like that and never had a problem. I started using the cloud in my outlook email account only to find because i added too many friends (10-20) they've locked me out of my account. I HAD TO WAIT 30 DAYS TO TRY AGAIN. After waiting the month, i go to log in and now its telling me automatically to add a phone number but every single phone number ive tried, even brand new phone number, they are saying exceeded limit so i know its just playing at this point and wont let me in. I OBVIOUSLY NEED THIS EMAIL BACK ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO GET BACK IN BECAUSE I USE THIS FOR ALL BUSINESS EVENTS FOR YEARS NOW. i cant get a hold of nobody and the phone number you guys have for customer service does not work. if you respond and tell me to contact you via social media i need to know, what is your social media name? and which social media site would i be accessing. (ie facebook, twitter, instagram)
