I bought a new printer and 6 pages later it won’t connect to the WiFi or even stay on. It’s been a week of continuous tests and bs I’m told to perform by “tech support “ my wife spent 2 hours on the phone doing everything they said to do and still didn’t get the printer to work. I’ve been asking for a refund or another printer that actually works but they won’t accept. I was talking to Shrivatsa a hp rep and all he/she can do is keep asking questions at this point t I’ve done everything there is to do with this printer. I bought the desk jet 4255e and it’s thrash!!!
