*Update* while it was extremely difficult to contact support, once I did get in touch with someone the subscription amount was refunded for two months. It had been a carry over from a course my daughter accidentally subscribed to and was not visible on my profile. The refund was with the caveat that it was a one time event. I felt fairly treated financially with the refund. However, like many subscription services there is a lack of transparency for the charges in my opinion. So the bottom line is that if there was a course I really wanted to take from Coursera I would be careful with how it is charged. My original review is below*Incredibly difficult to contact support. My credit card is being charged without any subscriptions or courses being taken. My profile is empty. I took one small course for $13 and I think the entire thing is a scam.

this is more like a scam company, I have my normal virgin broadband from UK, I visited a website that continuously blocked my ip but their logo is there so you can search for them, as a visitor I would never visit a website that blocks me for normal page searching, I mean you can't expect someone stays too much on a webpage if is not interesting or I couldn't find what I looked for, and blocking a public IP from an internet provider just for navigating you just make me mad and people who implement your plugin in their websites are really sick, your plugin is not accurate and time-wasting

I used this service almost since they started. Now after paying € 120,- a year they want to almost double the subscription and for me there is no added value with this 'upgrade'. So, like almost all the other reviews here, you also loose me as a client. I'm moving to Smash. Hope you realize in time that there is something really wrong with the business structure of WeTransfer.

I never wrote any review before, but this is an extraordinay and very bad experience, I really wish there is a minus star so I can put 8 minus star. I ordered the items on the 23rd November, it didn’t get shipped until the 26th of November. I waited until the 10th of December still no news about the items. I tried to send email on the 11th December, got a reply a week later on the 17th December that I need to contact them using the same email address that I used for the purchase. I send another email on the same day the 17th Dec and at the sametime I send separate queries to Hermes the shipment company and got reply from Hermes saying the items had lost in the network. Until today the 21st, I still have not received any news from Uniqlo. I decide to give them a call today on the 21st of December, get hold with Catia.. who is very rude and unfriendly.. not even saying a sorry she just said “we will provide a refund since the item you bought is sold out. Out of 5 items that I bought, only one item that is sold out the other 4 still available in the website, but she refused to issue a partial refund. She’s very uncosiderate. a simple sorry could calm me down, but no sorry at all. The way she spoke seems like she’s more angry for me to call them. Overall I really dispointed with both customer service and purchasing experience with Uniqlo. I am a uniqlo user, but the online shopping that I experience now is extremly unpleasant.

I was viewing an image relating to Marvel movies. I clicked to visit the original site and was directed to putlockerhd.cc which caused an intrusion alert from Norton Internet Security - The page was attempting to download something to my PC but was blocked by my antivirus. I tried to report it to Pinterest, but there is no way to do this - the nearest you get is to report spam. This is not spam it is a security risk. So they don't appear to have any type of defensive processes to monitor and block sites that may harm your devices and result in your computer being compromised. They don't have any means to report malicious links when you find them - it's just not worth the risk.

Run a voluntary book group for elderly people. We just subscribe to a monthly plan as and when we are going to have a meeting. (Meetings aren't regular, so it doesn't make sense to take out one of their other plans.) Knew that we wanted to have a meeting on 27th Feb and 27th March. Contacted Zoom via online chat and specifically checked HOW LONG IS A MONTH and was told 30 days. I specifically discussed the dates in question and double checked that if I took out the subscription on 26th Feb that would also take in that extra meeting on 27th March if a MONTH WAS 30 days. We discussed the fact that due to Feb being 28 days that would be perfect. Came to send out invitations for March meeting and subscription ran out on 26th March (28 days after taking it out). Contacted online chat and hit a brick wall. Pointed out it was a voluntary book group for elderly people and no help given whatsoever. Give us your dosh....renew your subscription! Zoom have had a bumper 12 months and you would have thought that they could have thrown in a "free month". No way!!

I placed a order then 2 days later placed another large order .got email saying there was 3 seperate parcels on way .the parcels went through customs ect parcels were very late aswell being delivered. When the parcel arrived there was just 1 parcel everything had been pushed into one parcel it also had a slit in side .I have a item at £15 missing .I have messaged temu talking to stupid robots getting same constant message it's been going for well over a week now .customer services are rubbish spoke to 7 different people to be told it was shipped. I am so angry over this .the stress they cause is disgusting. Just robbing people .
