Bad experience with Uniqlo

I never wrote any review before, but this is an extraordinay and very bad experience, I really wish there is a minus star so I can put 8 minus star. I ordered the items on the 23rd November, it didn’t get shipped until the 26th of November. I waited until the 10th of December still no news about the items. I tried to send email on the 11th December, got a reply a week later on the 17th December that I need to contact them using the same email address that I used for the purchase. I send another email on the same day the 17th Dec and at the sametime I send separate queries to Hermes the shipment company and got reply from Hermes saying the items had lost in the network. Until today the 21st, I still have not received any news from Uniqlo. I decide to give them a call today on the 21st of December, get hold with Catia.. who is very rude and unfriendly.. not even saying a sorry she just said “we will provide a refund since the item you bought is sold out. Out of 5 items that I bought, only one item that is sold out the other 4 still available in the website, but she refused to issue a partial refund. She’s very uncosiderate. a simple sorry could calm me down, but no sorry at all. The way she spoke seems like she’s more angry for me to call them. Overall I really dispointed with both customer service and purchasing experience with Uniqlo. I am a uniqlo user, but the online shopping that I experience now is extremly unpleasant.
