I have six accounts with at&t.The county changed the addresses on our road about 7 years ago every time I call to give them the proper address they tell me they have no service at the new address. Keep in mind i already have service at the physical location already. They tell me if I change the address I CANT get service so I cant give them the proper address that would be a problem with a 911 call going to an address that no longer exists.please someone with common sense help with this matter.

In 2023 I subscribed just to check it out, and even that came to me as a 'push' notice as I would not have normally considered or looked for the subscription. The cost was 45.50 USD.I have not really seen any benefit of staying a member and have not used the service at all. Today, two years later, I got charged 411.25 USD -- without any prior question or notification. I only now realized that they charged me 136.35 USD last year, which somehow went unnoticed on my behalf, unfortunately. I have written a complaint to them but have not heard back.

Purchased Philips 3000X wet and dry Mens Electric Shaver 3rd July 2024. Forgot my original 3000 series razor but I was needing a new razor anyway.I get the box, knowing what to expect and get:- a razor with head cover- a cable with NO PLUG- 3 copies of disclaimers in dozens of languages - LOADS of wasted paper.- 1 x Warranty leaflet in dozens of languages (warranty NOT activated unless you register). Another waste of paper!- 1 x instructions leaflet WITH PICTURES only. Very hard to interpret. No tech info, no clear step by step info. CHEAP and useless- NO PLUG (UK or otherwise)- NO Silk Carry bagThe razer itself is significantly worse quality than the one I bought about 2 years ago. Its a cheaper version without bits I find useful and a complete waste of paper so they cannot claim they are saving the planet! Just cutting costs for a poor standard product.Contacted customer support but the common theme here is that its as bad as people say! Its tough luck, its a razor and it works. I say but the shave quality is rubbish. Not their fault!Think I will avoid Phillips in future...

Had used it in the distant past and decided to try it again for one purpose: to upload and then be able to share a data heavy ct scan of an injury to my leg with my Doctor who is helping me remotely.Uploaded the file and then tried to share.I was told to respond to the verification email I received in order to proceed but this email never arrived.I did all the things recommended:- Put the dropbox address into my favourite contacts- Checked all other folders etc, etc24 hours later, still no verification email and no way, therefore, of actually using Dropbox for its intended purpose (the clue is in the name......).I was apathetic about this and prepared to wait a little longer until I received a 'nudge' message from Dropbox telling my my account was nearly full and encouraging me to upgrade to the paying version.Since I had been unable to actually use it, this really mobilised me and I decided to delete the app.Of course, this is no simple matter - you have to jump through the hoops to actually get this thing off your system.So in summary:unusable appvery difficult to uninstallResulting user benefit: less than nothing since it actually wastes a lot of your time for zero benefit, so you end up worse than nothing.Don't bother.

They don't care about their customers.Braintree let over 3,000 fraudulent transactions through to my small business website in one night - then took over $1000 in transaction fees from my bank account. I have tried to contact them several times over the past two months, but no one has replied. The only way to contact them is through the contact form on their website - yet no one takes the time to respond or help you in any way. Appalling behaviour from a company in 2021. Find a company that actually cares about their customers instead of ignoring them.

I bought a bed of this company and paid extra for a better mattress, they delivered it when I was at work and it was the cheaper mattress that was with it he said if i find one the same cheaper he would refund the difference I did and he back tracked saying it was a scam I wouldn't even give him one star would not trust him as far as I could throw him

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to the Pandora store at Mayfair Mall. During my time there with my family, we experienced a notable lapse in customer service that left us feeling ignored and disheartened.While I understand that staff members can get busy, one particular incident stood out. A retailer approached both me and another customer simultaneously but chose to assist the other customer, which is understandable. However, what followed was a prolonged period of being overlooked, even when the other customer moved to a different display. Despite the presence of two additional staff members, there was no attempt to offer assistance or address our needs.This experience left us feeling not only neglected but also raised concerns about the possibility of race discrimination. As a valued customer, I believe it's crucial to address such incidents to ensure that every customer receives equal and respectful treatment. I hope that this feedback helps in improving the overall customer service at Pandora Mayfair Mall in Victoria.
