Picture/logo on phone case is crooked and off center. Which is a shame, because I really like the picture and the only place I found the theme I was looking for. Paid an extra $20 something dollars for MagSafe and the case doesn’t allow it to magnet to phone to charge as quickly. It will charge through the case, but not working properly compared to any other MagSafe case I’ve had. This was the most expensive case I’ve ever bought, and probably the worst made. Bad1st impression of TeePublic, won’t order anything from this company ever again!!!

I was a seller and I had a big shop on Etsy with more than 25000 sales, 4.9 rating, star seller badge. I fully verified my personal information when I opened the shop on Etsy. My shop was created in 2022, and the shop was growing very well, I was selling hand-embroidered items and hand-knitted items, many customers love my products. I always tried my best to serve the customers. If there was any issue happened with the order of the customer, I always asked their understanding, and actually the customers always understood my service, they were very satisfied with my service. But, on Jan 15th, 2025, Etsy closed my shop without a detailed reason. I was very sad about that, my heart was broken, because I spent over 2 years to build the shop. This shop was the primary income of my family. I could not imagine that one day the shop was down too fastly like that way. I never had intention to violate Etsy's policies and I really don't know what wrong I did? So, I think there are a misunderstanding from Etsy. I think Etsy has treated my shop unfairly, Etsy has destroyed my effort that I spent over 2 years for this shop. Etsy has taken away my family's primary income for no apparent reason. Etsy does not treat human well. Although I submitted appeals to be re-opened, but there was no hope for me. Etsy has denied my appeals twice and they said my shop is permanently suspended, although Etsy did not disclose any detailed reason. For over 2 years, my shop was actively contributing to the growth of Etsy Marketplace by offering unique handmade products. I will sue Etsy if they don't resolve this issue for me.

Sent the wrong amount and no customer service for the COVID-19 payment. Received a random, unexplained, amount. Every other website is at least offering email customer service. What a joke. If the IRS employees are non-essential, taxes should be optional next year since they aren't important. Oh, wait, not a chance on that. There's a good reason they don't allow the Gov to be sued, because they wouldn't get anything else done from all of the errors.

Great Live Person Support!The live support option is fantastic. I am not a developer, just manage our small static website. The AI support option is fine for finding articles and to locate programming sections, but the Live Support option (create a ticket or chat online) can provide targeted assistance (like why the steps I took to redirect one domain to another didn't work).

Very good customer service, went out of their way to help me out when I had thought I had mislaid an item in the airport. Great food, extra comfort etc compared to most airlines... also had another very good experience dealing with their customer service, so I would happily go Delta again.

I CONTACTED jsmith at calendly.com as he responded to bad reviews to contact him directly - AND THE EMAIL IS INVALID!!! THERE IS NO J.SMITH!!! Customer service is non-existent. All I got was a generic response that didn't address or solve my issue. When I responded saying this they said they would "transfer" my issue...then disappeared! Haven't heard back at all! I cannot use it at all now - schedule says I have no availability when I clearly and correctly set up all my availability on my calendar! All they have is a bot that is completely useless that simply regurgitates that I have no availability when my setup shows that I do!!!

The customer service is HORRIBLE. Chat only, but not with someone live. It took days to get an answer, and then I finally got one on Friday. One message. Once a day. I have studnets who actively can't get on because their system is doing something wrong. On Sunday they closed the ticket WITHOUT HANDLING ANYTHING. Hundreds of dollars a month, and they can't have someone on a live chatbox? TOTAL BS.

I finally gave up on Microsoft's Outlook mail because I can NEVER get in. It keeps saying my account doesn't exist....then when I finally DO get it to recognize me, it says I've been locked out of my account because of "suspicious activity". WHAT suspicious activity? I've not been ON it to do any kind of activity.I've used it as an alternative email for unwanted ads or spam mail but I now use gmail......Google knows how to set up email better. SHAME on you Microsoft for such a LOUSY program!!! I would expect more from you. But, if I have to spend precious time trying to get back into my mail, it's just NOT worth it!!!Go back to the drawing board and create something more user friendly and STOP LOCKING PEOPLE OUT!!!

That website asks you a lot of very invasive questions that you shouldn't have to answer. And if you do not have the answer you cannot continue to the site. I was looking for sine reviews that came up on my search page results and because I couldn't give them a place of employment or a website, I wasn't able to proceed. They ask initially if I was a student which I am. So I do not have the information they requested. They wanted a location, previous employment, all kinds of of information they really shouldn't demand privilege to. I could not believe that it was required and you could not select none or not applicable or none of your concern. Please do not invade peoples privacy before you have even tried to gain their trust, that is not the way any consumer wants to be treated.
