A good product but appalling customer service. I'm a business customer and if it wasn't for that I would have endured an endless and useless chatbot for days. Even when I got through to an agent they were giving me misleading information. It's a shame they don't prioritise this aspect of their business because poor support will drive me and others to their competitors.

Horrible support, I got banned out of nowhere and have been following all the guide lines, tried to contact support but they just come back with ai responses or no response at all,Account deleted and lost all 5 years of memory and saved in chats with friends get this fixed

CBC has become so biased. I am fully vxd, I commented on a post saying people should not scapegoat those making a choice not to be. It was deleted, yet, a comment about comparing those people to Ted Kaczynski was upvoted. CBC promotes hate and cannot stand debate. They are no longer delivering news but one-sided opinion that can only operate if publically funded.

Telstra in now forcing customers to switch to "UP FRONT" payment even if you have been with them for 20+ years they DON'T CARE. Its all about MONEY, MONEY, MONEY for Telstra and grabbing your money before providing any service. Telstra was once a respected company but not anymore, its all about ripping off the customer anyay they can.

Facebook deem it as acceptable for someone to call a disabled person a retard I escalated twice and was still approved twice I'm not a Karen by any means but this is acceptable?
