I'd like to know who is directly responsible for managing gov.uk website, can't say I've ever had a good experience especially when calling for 0300 number, tried several times only to be put on hold and for no one to answer, when the person did answer, I was put on hold for unknown reason then the call dropped out, I wouldn't mind if the calls were free, but calls cost anything between 16-65p, I give up!!

I bought a NZXT KRAKEN ELITE 240 RGB FROM BEST BUY on EBay. Order number 11-11914-80896. I received the non RGB model . They said to take it back to the store to exchange. They would not exchange it as they said it was the right one by number, which is not true because it clearly says RGB in the title and description. They wanted me to pay an extra $100 to get the one that I ordered. So I ended up with a refund instead of the item that I ordered. I am not happy about this.

I purchased Norton 360 which had a default auto renewal setting, and 5 weeks before it was due for renewal, they emailed to say the renewal subscription would be £84.99 (almost 4 times the standard purchase cost from retailers like Amazon ). I turned off the auto renewal setting and deleted my billing information (in case they took payment anyway), and then they emailed me to offer me a renewal at £29.99. They also tuned off part of my service without notifying me. It transpires that what they call "premium" services (performance tuning etc) are only active when you have auto renewal set on, so when I turned the auto renewal off, they also turned off my "premium" services without advising me. Given I do not want to place the security of my devices with a company that operates this way, I have let the subscription lapse, and have now purchased and installed Bitdefender, which is not only a better product, but is also sensibly priced at £27.99. If you are considering using Symantec, please be aware of the above, in particular the very expensive subscription renewal prices, and the unethical practices they follow to keep your business. A very disappointing experience, and not a company I will ever use again.

Great support and innovation. Over time, has become faster, more reliable and quicker to support new technologies than Fusion; great support of M1x and Windows 11, great Interface. I just wish the Pro version was offered - for a higher price - without a subscription.
