I recently contacted Eventbrite through the only phone number I could find, which happened to be the sales line. At the start of my call, I clarified that I was aware I had reached the wrong department and requested to be transferred to the correct one. The representative who answered responded dismissively, confirming it was the wrong line, and transferred me to another department. The second representative I spoke with also informed me they were not the right contact and, when I asked for guidance on obtaining the correct phone number, stated that no such number was available. They abruptly ended the call by wishing me a “great day” and before I had the opportunity to respond hung up. This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I am still without answers to my questions with no idea how to move forward.

Just downloaded the EA app after not playing sims for a while (it made me) and it doesn't even work. Took me forever to even be able to sign in and now I get error 500 no matter what I do when I try to do anything in the app. I can't even click on any of my games. I don't understand why they made a new app when Origin worked fine for as long as I used it. Gonna have to go torrent my games since I can't play any of them anymore.

Had a horrible experience with the BW ship hotel at Weybridge, UKHad booked the hotel for 2 nights for a business trip. Was shocked to know that they had double billed my booking at the hotel. There was also an attempt to make the deduction from my card for the third time. However my credit card company realized this and they blocked the card. When i complained about this in the reception, no one is providing me any help. Everyone asks me to contact the Manager called Sarah who appears never to be in the Hotel. They told i will hear from the manager soon. But no one called me about this problem. When I told the lady at the reception that i will call the manager, she told me ''DONT DO THAT". What a supportive and friendly staff. This is my worst ever experience with any hotel. I have visited many hotels for several business trips. But nowhere i have had such experience. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.I never heard from the manager through out my stay. Did not get any support from her. This was my very first visit to the UK and had this experience.

desmos is technically the next level of online calculators, it has a scientific calculator, a four function, and a section for class activities, there is also an app that allows you to graph on the go available in the appstore and google play. my personal opinion is that it is very useful in remote learning, as well as distanced work, reliable and fast math is perfect.(I do not own the company, just wanted to share a very useful tool for everyday use, I did not get paid to do this, just my opinion)

I used to love Creative Market as a high-value resource for creatives, supporting both designers and those purchasing their creations. While there are still many beautiful design resources available today, it can be difficult to find them amongst the many AI-generated uploads. What bugs me the most though is that Creative Market no longer feels like a supportive space for creatives. The new pricing model makes the assets less affordable for those purchasing them (valued by freelance designers in the past) while paying those providing them significantly less. I have friends who used to be able to make a good living off of selling their art on Creative Market and are now getting paid almost zero.

Financially driven un-ethical corporation!!! There’s too much to list here, but I’ll give you one clear cut example. Preply allows tutors to block students, but students including children, don’t have an option to block tutors! They play you with the most unprofessional educators I’ve ever seen in my life and and then when a tutor crosses the line, which has happened far too many times to count, you can’t even block them, giving them the chance to harass you further! I’m not sure that most of the people on there are even real people. It seems like a lot of of them are either actors or AI, but they certainly couldn’t be genuine. They make far too many personal references where new tutors pop up with their self written descriptions about themselves seem far too commonly similar to my professional conversations with previous tutors, word for word, and it seems to be a joke, because none of these supposedly post-graduate students with “years of teaching experience” can tell you a thing about their industries, they can just recite their made-up rap sheet like a script, then indefinitely don’t have any common professionality in-line with their claims. Sorry there are some good tutors here and this doesn’t speak for all of them, but the bad experiences have become expected as they statistically far outweigh the good. I wouldn’t recommend this to my friends or family, but I will still use the service on a case by case basis and wouldn’t pay the governing corporation a penny, if I didn’t have to. As a matter of fact, I don’t have to. There are plenty of better free resources available online on video media websites that will walk you through step-by-step to learn the curriculum, and you can rewatch the videos and infinite number of times. You can also find some grammar websites they seem to help for supplemental study while researching a question about a certain learning point.

I don't recommend Braintree payments.. they are not polite to speak with customer.. they do not support new business.. if you don't have "invoices proof " to send them don't waste your time contacting them.. they will ask you all your personal and business information.. even if everything is legally correct I think that they choose you for your face in the picture at the end.. they didn't give explanation of nothing.. i just received an automatic email telling me that my application was declined.. if all my information is correctly good.. i cannot think another think than discrimination..

I ordered some items scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday, tracking showed they were out for delivery on Tuesday morning but they never arrived however the tracking said a delivery had been attempted - which it had not. Later the tracking showed that they were returned to the distribution centre. The same thing happened on Wednesday. On Thursday they were out for delivery again but returned to the distribution centre 30 minutes later. On Friday they were out for delivery but returned to the distribution centre 2 minutes later. I have had on-line chats withe the customer service staff on two occasions (once I can get past the completely useless chat bot). The staff are very polite but they rush to offer a refund and vouchers rather than actually try and solve the problem. They offered to give me a refund and I could keep the items but made no effort to try and resolve the issue so I would actually receive them. They offered to credit my account with £5 in compensation but appeared not to understand that a credit was no use if they could not deliver anything to my address. However, they did allegedly escalate the issue This morning (Saturday) the items were out for delivery again with a time slot., later a message they were still on their way, then on there way but running late. But nothing.I fail to understand why my package has been "out for delivery" five times and not arrive. Surely their systems should identify there is an issue and get a human at the distribution centre to intervene and sort it.Very disappointing and frustrating.

Horrible customer service in every sense of the word. They take a minimum of 4-6 hours to respond to a simple chat query, and when they finally do, never bother to read your complaint. They just leave a message saying "sorry you are not online" and disappear. You have to wait another 4hours. They also avoid allowing you to withdraw your money by never showing you how to. They cripple you by not verifying your address lying that the document is unclear. I have sent 3 different proofs of address, same lie and dodginess, same result. My money has been stock there for two weeks. There needs to be a regulatory body to monitor these charlatans. They are clearly stealing and getting away with it. Do not deal with them. Pure red flag.
