Zara staff member shouting at kids in kids dept

I had a staff member in Zara Kingston start shouting at my little girlI left her in the fitting room queue and went to pay - I came back and she was head of the queue and she started going into the fitting room and the staff member started shouting at her and accusing her of jumping a queue (a 9 year old!)My daughter was frozen with fear. I had a go at the staff lady and even the customer standing behind my daughter verified that my daughter did not jump the queue and that woman still refused to apologise! Horrendous disgusting people. I have spend thousands on Zara but defo not anymore - not if they are hiring child abusers in the children's dept!!!

The company simply wants to have you as customer for your lifetime and that is awful.The people there only know offering contracts even though one is calling to cancel to terminate one, it is as if their life depends on it.Their customer service is not nice, and their prices are high.Only good thing is their coverage (good internet)

Flew with southwest 2 times Lax smf Kimberley on the way back was such a great crew. Added the flexible baggage ruling and free carry on and checked in bags. Can't go wrong

On March 17th 2020

On March 17th 2020, i set up automatic set up for the month of May and the rest of the year. The month of May came around and i was not charged. However, i was reported to the credit bureau for a late payment. Even though i set up automatic pay, it was never charged. I call July 24 after my balance is $0 to ask about the issue. They simply say we cannot do anything about it and give you the run around. Please be aware of the scams this company are known for. I will have to deal with seeing a late payment that was not my fault for 7 years. Ask for names and job# because without prove is like you never called.

They never delivered my items and still CHARGED my account. I called and the STUPID NON ENGLISH SPEAKING dumb asses lied and told me they had processed a refund to my account but refused to send me a confirmation. I was left on hold for over 1 hour!THEY NEED TO HIRE ENGLISH SPEAKING EMPLOYEES!!!!

Support, order system and return/refund process are horrendous

Support, order system and return/refund process are horrendous. Ordered an headset that took over a week to be sent, I received no information until it was delivered. Chose to send the item back, went through the returns process got a label, sent it, I remember the returns page said an email confirmation would be sent to me, I never got anything. Contacted support a week after UPS said it was return as my order hadn't been updated. They said they'd look into it and have now ghosted me. The order was for 2 headsets that I am now down over £400. Their products can be really good but don't go through their own website ever!

Suspended account over an eBay seller's fee error

I just purchased a phone case on eBay and very shortly after receiving the phone case, I was alerted that my account had been suspended. After some digging, I saw that there was a $10.96 seller's fee (I have never in my life used eBay to sell an item).After spending an hour on the phone, I spoke with one rep who told me that the fee was an error and that it needed to be removed from my account. He couldn't do it, so he referred me to another department that could. That department decided that the fee was legit and needed to be paid. I asked her to show me (on my end) where she received the information that I had been a seller. She walked me through some steps that took me to an empty seller's "invoice" page that stated: "No invoices to display" dating back to the day I opened my eBay account. She grew increasingly frustrated with me (and me with her) as she insisted that I was not clicking on the correct drop down box that shows all my past invoices. I insisted that there was no drop down box (except for a small field that allowed me to enter dates--which I did). At the end of our conversation (approaching 1.5 hours total) she said, "Ma'am you just need to pay the fee" to which I responded, "So you have no way of showing or telling me where the fee is coming from and no way of deleting the fee. This is the final solution?!" I told her that I would rather just keep my account suspended and ended the call. I don't buy a lot on eBay, but they just lost one (previously) very happy customer.

Hello, this is the 2nd year I cancel my membership renewal and keep getting charged. I am very disappointed with AARP. Last year, I let it go because I thought it was my mistake. This year I took a screenshot of the membership cancellation and I still got charged. Be careful ladies and gentlemen. Make sure to double check your bank accounts because AARP seems to take money out of your account without your consent.
