Review of Spotify
Spotify does not make it easy to navigate through the internet site nor through the iOS app. I have tried to do something like recently played playlist, but it won't let me on the app. It is embarrassing if someone were to see it inadvertently while I am listening to something else. I was told that I could do this by logging into my account online, but the two have not synced. There is no easy way to do this. I have been trying to do this for about two hours, and I am still unable to solve this. I know that digital-savvy people will find this easy to do, but this should be easy for us dummies, too. And I cannot erase my Spotify footprint from anywhere if I am on the free subscription. There is no option to unsubscribe or delete account. I can completely remove the app, but it is very easy to go to iTunes App Store and reinstall, and everything is still there. Again, this may possibly be simple for computer-savvy people, but not for us dummies. Oh well, I guess I will have to put up with having explicit, embarrassing images on my iOS.I do NOT recommend this site to anyone who is simply browsing albums, songs, or podcasts to find things because that history will not be erased. The browsing history can be erased, but not if you played even a portion of one of them.
Review of hp
I bought my 3rd HP Laptop in under 6 years. The first 2 units only survived less than 18 months.1st one one day just refused to power up. 2nd one became obsolete as it only had 32gb storage and the crazy constant windows updates killed the internal storage. No.3 had a flaw with the touchpad which upon the slightest vibration would randomly trigger the touchpad / buttons causing all sorts of obvious annoyance. HP ordered the unit back for repairs 3 times over 2.6 months but never removing the defect as it came back with same defect. All the while HP claimed unit was 100% perfect, despite reports from their own tech staff that diagnosed the issue. In the end HP managers decided it was my fault and provided a really childish reason and closed my case. I was forced to replace the unit but decided to demand compensation but HP are telling me all they can do is reopen case so they may try fix it 4th attempt. Of course I tell them after they said they would never fix it as they claimed I caused damage so had to pass it on, They are now saying they ca fix as they know what the problem is but I no longer have the unit and HP refusing to settle the dispute by any other means but to repair the unit that I no longer have. They dont seem accept that they failed to fix it even while I owned it. Also HP customer service is awful as none of the staff have any authority to make decisions in favour of customer. HP does not have customer service only repair tech staff.

the zenfone 9 that I bought has big problems with basic calls (cracking voice) and is not able to connect via roaming when I am abroad. Assistance is useless because they simply ask you to send them logs when they are aware of this problem (if you do a little bit of web search you will find tons of complains). Assistance is based in Czech Republic = I sent twice my phone to them and the phone was not in my availability for 1 month . Avoid

A very unpleasant experience. In the initial discussion, everything seemed great until I signed a contract that I wasn’t able to read. After that, there was no assistance provided to help with the setup — many questions remained unanswered, and there was a complete lack of cooperation and support in understanding the platform. Invoices have been issued for 3 months, and I’m not even using the application because I don’t know how to configure it!I recommend Eversport — they are more expensive, but they offer 24/7 support
