Support, order system and return/refund process are horrendous

Support, order system and return/refund process are horrendous. Ordered an headset that took over a week to be sent, I received no information until it was delivered. Chose to send the item back, went through the returns process got a label, sent it, I remember the returns page said an email confirmation would be sent to me, I never got anything. Contacted support a week after UPS said it was return as my order hadn't been updated. They said they'd look into it and have now ghosted me. The order was for 2 headsets that I am now down over £400. Their products can be really good but don't go through their own website ever!
