Coronavirus alert

Coronavirus alert. Do not buy anything from DSW, they will take your money and say an item is in stock and provide an order number. Then, 2 days later they will email you and say the item is no longer in stock. They do not provide refund details and their customer service is closed due to virus. If you send an email you get an automated response. If you try to do online chat, its says it's busy. I lost $38.00 - I have to dispute this with my bank now.

A complete musical experience

Deezer exposes a wide range and variety of songs and music. I can always find what I am looking for. I spend most of my time at work or at home listening to music and Deezer was the obvious choice for me to be able to do so. The quality of the sound and the added services make it a complete experience. I fully recommend.

All good until they charge for stuff you didn't sign up to.

Not the best of interfaces, and a clunky website as well. But that can be forgiven. What I cannot forgive is to be randomly charged for a service that I never requested, without notice. Ticket raised and swift response received that a refund will be processed within 2 weeks. No refund arrived after 2 weeks, so I asked what's going on. Then, to add insult to injury, another swift reply, telling me that a credit had been applied to my account instead (what????) and a refund had NOW been authorised, which will arrive in the next 3-5 working days.Absolutely appalling. Let's see if I DO indeed receive my money back within that additional timeframe.This is a greedy, grabby company that easily takes your money without any warning or notice whatsoever, and then doesn't follow-through with its refund promises.

Music in the park

Having bought 2 tickets for myself and my partner for the Saturday 7th September as soon as they became available. I have been trying to get information about parking with a blue badge for about a month now via ticket master and the Preston Council but to no avail, ticket master didn't even bother to respond. I eventually got a response from the BBC customer services saying there was a special email for accessibility so I contacted them. They responded to say all the places reserved for blue badge holders have been allocated. I responded by asking why they did not advertise the fact there was a special email for this. The problem will be Preston Council have made the area around Moor Park a resident only area. The nearest dedicated parking is 2 kilometres away at Avenham Park. How are disabled people supposed to get there? I guess the dignitaries will be well catered for so shame on you the BBC for spoiling what was to be a special treat for us, we can't even sell the tickets now.

i liked cnn because of the layout of the web page. it was easy to see the main events of the day and to read further if interested. sometimes though they would have a headline and then trying to read that story was not possible. the last straw . . . they are having subscriber only stories. click on the link and they tey and suck you for money.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Placed on order for new tumble dryer on Saturday, picked first available delivery date which was Sunday. This was then cancelled the so called delivery company then tried delivering when I said I wouldn’t be in, then booked another date and paid extra for evening delivery which was then also cancelled. Since then they have informed me that it’s been sent to return depot for an unknown reason. I have been through complaints department for logistics company which have done nothing. I have gone back to Samsung to complain and they just fob me off saying I need to contact logistics company as it’s left their warehouse and basically nothing to do with now. I didn’t place an order with a logistics company I placed it with Samsung who are meant to be a large professional company but seem to just take your money then pass the blame and take no responsibility.

The National Trust and Slavery

I completely support the National Trust in researching the past associations of its properties with slavery. I like to get a full rounded picture of the places, houses, and people when I visit and read. The previous omission of associations with slavery, as just one example, plays into an incomplete history of NT assets. It is brave of the Trust to undertake this and to update its narratives in the face of vocal and vitriolic opposition where any question of slavery and imperialism is branded as unpatriotic. The NT is a very establishment institution which can be applauded for updating history in this way. Well done.

I very rarely write reviews, but I had to this time.Same as others have stated within the UK. Sent email stating that card has been suspended.2.5 hours to get through to a customer service agent. They demanded proof of income be sent to them.No acknowledgement of receipt of details in over a week. Still the same wait times on the phone.Absolutely awful. Awful Awful Awful.
