All good until they charge for stuff you didn't sign up to.

Not the best of interfaces, and a clunky website as well. But that can be forgiven. What I cannot forgive is to be randomly charged for a service that I never requested, without notice. Ticket raised and swift response received that a refund will be processed within 2 weeks. No refund arrived after 2 weeks, so I asked what's going on. Then, to add insult to injury, another swift reply, telling me that a credit had been applied to my account instead (what????) and a refund had NOW been authorised, which will arrive in the next 3-5 working days.Absolutely appalling. Let's see if I DO indeed receive my money back within that additional timeframe.This is a greedy, grabby company that easily takes your money without any warning or notice whatsoever, and then doesn't follow-through with its refund promises.
