We were quoted $30 a line. The first bill was over $1,200! We were on the phone for 6 hours trying to correct it. Finally it was corrected and we were sent an email, because we had to request it, of what our monthly bill should be. Seven months later we still are not billed correctly. It constantly shift from $500-$800. We then call and spend hours on the phone to get it to $450.00 were it belongs. This company should be out of business.

I wrote a positive review on TripAdvisor, praising the service and food at a restaurant which I described as 'Top Notch'. I was later told by TripAdvisor that I had breached their guidelines and should rewrite it. They did not say what it was that I shouldn't have written. Consulting their policy on the matter failed to shed any light. It seems that TripAdvisor reviews are so heavily scrutinised as to no.longer be the opinion of the author, but that of TripAdvisor themselves and therefore pointless.

Truly shocked by Spotify!I have been a premium member for years, alongside my family. Last week, Spotify decided to remove my brother from the plan without warning. When we contacted support, they said it was because he did not confirm his residential address. We checked all spotify emails received and they were all marketing emails. We asked that they resend this very important 'address confirmation email' so that he completes it. They said they are unable to resend it and that my brother has to wait 12 months before being re-invited into family premium. Customer care was absolutely useless, pasting ready responses without actually resolution.This is truly shocking coming from an innovative tech company that portrays itself to care about its users. It seems that with spotify, decisions are dictated by an algorithm and without reason or customer resolution!Their low rating makes a lot of sense now. Such a shame.Deezer it is for myself, friends and family.

I have been using Eset multi device solution for several years now. Never encountered any trouble with the mobile app and with the pc software. Always up to date and never any trouble with the interface, because it's very user friendly. The interface is well usable for the professional and for any 'noob' because of the choices Eset gives you using the interface.
MOST IMPORTANTLY!! I am virus free and didn't suffer from any probes or attacks from the outside for those years using Eset.
A new feature I like very much is the safe browser for any online banking!
I am a very satisfied customer and will be using Eset products for all mine and my family's devices.

Scam company, do not use. Funds were missing after a swap so tried to use help center. Went through the automated questions and answers without solution. Then tried to transfer me to an agent and was put on hold and kept messaging every 30 minutes saying it would be over an hour. After 12 hours it started messaging me every 10 minutes saying it would be less than 30 min. Anot12 hours and it just disconnects. Can’t reach anyone on the phone either. Scam company, do not use

AMEX National Bank has a very poor website experience. Frequently web browser extensions will not allow the web site to load at all. You will not be allowed to sign in and see your account. There is no note at all about turning off web extensions. While AMEX cards loads very easily and quickly. But they are a different division. Even Customer Service was unable to figure this out initially. Transparency is not a goal for this Bank.

Google migrated my domain without my knowledge to Squarespace and now Squarespace is holding it hostage behind a social login. I can't login regularly with an e-mail and password as they enforce the social login which doesn't show me what data they will retrieve with this.
