AMEX National Bank has a very poor website experience. Frequently web browser extensions will not allow the web site to load at all. You will not be allowed to sign in and see your account. There is no note at all about turning off web extensions. While AMEX cards loads very easily and quickly. But they are a different division. Even Customer Service was unable to figure this out initially. Transparency is not a goal for this Bank.
