I've previously given Amazon a 5-star review, based on the trust I had in the brand and its reliability. I am a Prime member - because I like getting next day delivery. Over the past 4 to 6 months, the service has become unreliable - no-show deliveries, with no explanation, or items just dumped on my doorstep which is on a main road. Many items are not available for even 2-day delivery. I have spent thousands upon thousands with Amazon, but I'm done. Will be cancelling my Prime when the current order FINALLY arrives and shopping elsewhere.

I bought a t-shirt from Adidas as a birthday gift and it was supposed to arrive last Friday... big surprise: by Friday they hadn't even prepare and send the package. I reached out to their customer support service which assured me that I would get my purchase before or on the 24th: I didn't. The worst thing in my opinion is not even the delay but it is the how inefficient, rude and completely unhelpful their employers are. This was my first time buying from them and it'll also be the last for sure. Embarrassing service.

DREADFUL AND AVOID AT ALL COSTSLack of customer service, took monies on auto renew out of my account without my knowledge, you can't request a refund from the UK even though their process and chat bot goes around and around in merry circles. I called 'customer service' as advised to only be met with that felt very much like a fraudulent call so I hung up. They called me back from an international number again, ringing alarm bells, so I blocked them. Do not buy what terrible service & product they are claiming to offer. I have had to hunt down an email address to manually request a refund.

Put my car onto Webuyanycar site for a price to be obtained, having so done, made an appointment to my local selling point, car checked over thoroughly. Returned to office where the representative carried out further works, then offered me £300 below the price they had placed up on their site. As you can imagine yours truly declined the offer straightaway and left the office. My overwhelming belief is that this company make an offer to get you there and if you’re under any pressure to sell, you’ll agree to the ridiculous lower price plus the transaction fee they attach which in my case would have put my car under £1000 . My advice is to keep well clear of this company unless you’ve run out of options.

Absolute POS garbage. I want to give it zero stars. I have a 1 gig wireless connection. I have two expensive TVs. I cannot get espn-Pus to run 80% of the time. Go F yourself ESPN, you hack company of incompetent fools. Thanks for ruining the UFC for me you corporate sheetbirds.

Broken company with broken algorithms after Elon fired everyone. Now I’ve been suspended for impersonating another person, which has zero base in reality. It is useless to appeal your case as their decision is already made. When the algorithm has made its decision, the people at this company follows it blindly despite evidence after evidence being presented to them. Shame on you Twitter. Here more than 15 year old account (an account that is in my own name and never, ever impersonated anyone else - but once the algorithm has spoken, what are you going to do…?)

After downloading the app and taking a screenshot of the voucher, I unfortunately lost or deleted the image while transferring data to my new device. I have made multiple attempts to contact Samsung over the past 4-5 days, but the responses have been unsatisfactory. Despite explaining my situation and expressing that I haven't utilized the voucher, I was informed that it cannot be reissued. This unwillingness to accommodate customers, even when they have not availed of the offer, is disappointing.Overall, my experience with Samsung has been marred by poor customer service and unfulfilled promises. The lack of response, assistance, and flexibility when addressing these issues has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope that Samsung takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their customer support and promotional programs to regain customer trust and satisfaction
