While this might be a standard policy, it would have been helpful to have this information clearly stated before finalizing the purchase. It left me feeling somewhat restricted and less satisfied with my choice.Secondly, despite being promised reward points upon receiving my order in March, it is now June, and I still haven't received them. Each time I contacted customer support, they logged my complaint and assured me that it would be forwarded to the relevant department. However, I have yet to receive any response or resolution. The lack of communication and follow-up has been highly frustrating and has diminished my trust in Samsung's customer service.Another issue I encountered relates to the entertainer voucher that Samsung offers with the purchase of a new phone. After downloading the app and taking a screenshot of the voucher, I unfortunately lost or deleted the image while transferring data to my new device. I have made multiple attempts to contact Samsung over the past 4-5 days, but the responses have been unsatisfactory. Despite explaining my situation and expressing that I haven't utilized the voucher, I was informed that it cannot be reissued. This unwillingness to accommodate customers, even when they have not availed of the offer, is disappointing.Overall, my experience with Samsung has been marred by poor customer service and unfulfilled promises. The lack of response, assistance, and flexibility when addressing these issues has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
