I purchased the watch in the fall of 2020 and I love it. However... after about a year of wearing the watch I noticed that the thumb side of my wrist starting to itch and turn red. I took the watch off and cleaned it with soap and a soft toothbrush then put it back on. The itching got worse and my wrist started to look and feel blistered. I cleaned the watch again with alcohol, then peroxide, then vinegar. No change. Blistering got worse, I stopped wearing lotion and body oil. No change. So I finally just stopped wearing the watch. I reached out to Garmin online and was told to contact customer service via telephone. I did so. Spoke to a very nice gal, Sierra, who took my information and sent me to another customer service agent, Debbie, who I can only assume offices in the bowels of the Garmin headquarters far below the sunshine. Debbie asks me to send pics of my wrist and the watch to her. I complied... and wouldn't you know it, all this is my fault! The part of the band that I told Debbie looks like a coating had worn off was actually "residue" to her discerning customer service eyes. And as it turns out, I was wearing the watch incorrectly! She so observantly pointed out to me that it was clear I was wearing the watch too tightly as you could see the indentions on my wrist..... having not worn the watch for several days I was surprised to hear this but, she's the professional, yes? After listening to Debbie explain to me how to properly wear and clean the watch as if I were a toddler with an expensive toy, I asked her to forgo the remainder of her well rehearsed lecture and just let me know If this was something she was going to be able to help me with. It was then that Debbie told me that despite my complete incompetence she would benevolently send me another watch band, along with another copy of the care instructions that I followed the first time. Of note: I had the feeling Debbie had taken a call like mine before so I asked her "I'm guessing you guys have had this issue before", to which she sardonically replied "yes.". Comforting to know I'm not the only schlemiel out here trying to navigate the intricacies of the modern wristwatch.

Chipotle by Serramonte Ca. Horrible experience, most unfriendly most unhelpful workers ever. Didn’t come from back to counter. After I called out, 1 male worker looked straight at me & ignored me. I called out again a woman worker said; “I had to order online.” . She didn’t tell me there was a pic that you hold a iPhone to. Another customer b4 me was fed up also trying to download app, also complaining that no staff member was willing to help out. We both walked out. It is a pandemic but simple explanations to help customers order is not too much to ask. Apparently, the drive through gets attention; walk ins don’t count at this Chipotle. Staff needs training on talking to customers, learn to acknowledge customers, not act bothered & or annoyed when customer asks fir help in order to place food irder

I will never book with southwest again. Today i showed up at ft lauderdale airport to catch a flight to buffalo ny. The airport in buffalo was closed due to a power outage. Which meant i had to catch a different flight however while in line to book this other flight the person before was allowed to stand at the ticket counter and argue with the attendant for over an hour. Meanwhile im watching all the other flights become sold out online. So now when its my turn they say tomorrow will be the earliest they can fly me back home. Meanwhile my fiance and i are stranded in a unfamiliar city with no luggage because they sent my bags to baltimore. They offered no compensation for the situation. As this issue is causing me to miss 2 shifts at work. We have nowhere to stay no where to get there ...they basically told us sorry but u have to figure this out on your own. We dont have a peice of clothing...a tooth brush and nowhere to sleep. This is beyond inconvenient it is in humane. They have completely ruin my experience. Might i add they knew that buffalo ny was experiencing high wind and the power outage and did not contact me what so ever. This airline has cost me a grave amount of money due to the lack of communication with thier customer and that is not right

Why don't ITV think it is important to show the teams in a readable way at Euro 2020. Flashing both teams up together for a few seconds before the game just isn't good enough when it is done to squeeze in five or so adverts. Also adverts in the national anthems is highly disrespectful

I been an Ulta customer for years I am even consider a Diamond customer and I have never been so disappointed and frustrated with them. Last weekend 9/3 was my birthday I received a flat iron this weekend 9/11 I tried to exchange it for something I’ll actually use and they tell me I can’t with do that without the information of the person who purchased it or a receipt and that I was just stuck with the flat iron. I then called the 1800 number just to be told the same that unfortunately they can’t exchange it if I don’t have the information. The flatiron and everything it came with is in the box I do understand that they have rules but it’s been 1 week and that’s frustrating. To top it off the cashier tells me that she can’t go tracking every purchase made with this flat iron.
