Unable to log in

Unable to log in - tests from my broadband provider found no issues from my end, but others were also having issues logging in, especially with android devices.When I contacted mediafire to report the issue I was passed on to a place where my credit card details were requested, so I gave up.Now unable to play with my band as we used mediafire to store songs.

My Family History all in One Place

I enjoy using Ancestry.com for the research: finding more about my ancestors and where they came from for me to be Here. This is so much easier (and nicer) than having paper copies of everything and trying to keep it all organized. I especially like the family trees. It is easy to find where I need to explore, and that's where the notifications from Ancestry.com help to add more to the trees. Ancestry has information from other people's research that can link to mine and help to guide me in the right direction. Many times this direction wasn't even a thought of mine. The DNA testing gave new insights into my family history of which I am still trying to find a link, a person, to connect to some areas. But, the plethora of information afforded to me was beyond my expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful, helpful, site.

ZERO support for customers

They don't really offer ANY kind of support. I lost a day of work waiting for someone to respond to a support request and then the following day when I STILL had received no answer I switched to Thinkific. And now, five days later? I have only received form letters with links to blog articles that do not resolve the problem. I've initiated a cancellation and a refund request and have had NO response at all. What if something went wrong on the day of my class? I can't risk using this company

The Number One Reason Not to Use Squarespace

I have a marketing company. We manage over 100 domains and builders. Customer Service does not get worse than SquareSpace. This one reason alone is why you should seek out another website builder. They have no customer service phone line. They do not respond to chat but rather encourage you to email their "24/7 Support Team." They will then take days to resolve the simplest of tasks. Be warned.

Impossible to contact

I stopped using this company a while ago because of lousy customer service. They still text me twice a day despite my account being set to "no texts": their numbers are hidden so I can't block them and there's no way to reply to them. I tried for hours to contact their "service" team but just got repeated AI messages saying nobody available and an appalling chatbot loop with no options whatsoever. I shouldn't have to change my phone number to stop their spam but am at the end of my tether 😡

Bought a Redmi note 9 from this company…

Bought a Redmi note 9 from this company directly because they state that you get technical support , that was a joke ...on connecting earbuds to this phone you can hardly ear any sound. I contacted Xiaomi , they took me to settings and none of the spec settings they were asking me to find were visible, they then then tried pointing the blame at the point of purchase untill they realised I had bought it from them directly . They then wanted me to return the phone for repair. I told them I just wanted a refund so I could buy from trusted reliable company . to get a refund Xiaomi send a Jiffy bag to your purchase address (5 days ) you send phone back in Jiffy bag ( 5 days ) then they process a refund ( 7 days ) ..12 days to get refunded if your lucky ....Avoid this Chinese company .Update for Xiaomi ......there response is basically to try and show protential future customers that that Xiaomi has a caring , helpful customer service ...but that would be a lie ...10,000 people have read this review and hopefully bought a phone from a reliable trusted source.. . Which is definitely not Xiaomi .

Gaming and DRM-free. Purchase means Ownership, not Leasing or Renting.

Discovered a game that was really interesting to play and their mission to preserve games through a DRM-free experience is great, especially in an age where Ubisoft will retroactively take your game away from you by either removing it from your library ala Sony PlayStation Store style or brick it ala "The Crew" style where it requires online play, but they will brick the game and not release server software, release the source to the game so someone else can patch or maintain the game and/or service, or just patch the game for offline play. GOG knows how to fight piracy: by giving customers a real purchase experience where a company can't retroactively take your game away.If buying isn't owning, then piracy isn't stealing.

Not exactly certain what has happend to ebay but my experience as a seller has been terrible.I can't log into the sellers dashboard anymore it keeps looping on the pin, no more paypal payouts, did they fall out of love with paypal?Havn't received a payout for 2 weeks even though the buyer has my item.I'll be using ebay to buy occasionally but won't be using this platform to sell anymore.

Con artists!

Con artists! They promise you gift cards to fill out reviews, and once you do, they claim your reviews don't meet the "guidelines" (even though each question literally has a minimum character requirement, and other barriers to post - which literally make it impossible to bypass their "guidelines").They also flagged my reviews for "fraudulent activity". I literally sat at my dining room table, glasses on, at my laptop, drinking a cup of tea, and manually filled out reviews. Lol. The literal opposite of fraudulent! They will respond to this saying they have a "team of experts" that monitor reviews or submissions for fraudulent activity as a templated response to anybody posting a review similar to mine here. Looking forward to them getting the karma they deserve.

I ordered two sets (of two) bar stools…

I ordered two sets (of two) bar stools from Bed Bath and Beyond in late March 2021. I had to return the stools as they did not work in my space. I shipped the stools back on 4/13/21. On 4/19/21, I received half of the refund. As of today, 5/15/21 I still didn't receive the rest of my money (over $200). I spent endless hours on the phone with BBB and each time I am told that they will process the refund and then I wait and wait and call back and nothing happens. I have the receipt for the shipment with tracking numbers they they have issued to me. This is beyond upsetting! Do I have to beg to receive my money back??? How many more phone calls will it take BBB?????

If I could give zero stars I would. To say I am beyond disappointed with Zara is an understatement. I was given a gift card for Christmas in 2023 and it wasn’t active. I am now 5 months in to trying to get my gift card activated and it’s still not resolved. I have been in to 2 stores, and in contact with customer service to try and get this resolved. The service I have received has been shocking. Customer service don’t have the tools to resolve it and keep fobbing me of and blaming another department. It’s been escalated and escalated. They said they sent me a new gift card yet I have not received this. They can’t tell me when they sent it or who? The amount of case reference's I have is beyond a joke now. 1 to 2 days that all I hear. They need more time. It’s over 5 months. How much time do they need. All I want is a refund or a new gift card sent to the correct e mail address. It’s embarrassing to Zara and the brand when people are spending a lot of money and they can’t full fill there promises. I am now taking further action and going to the retail trading standards. I am honestly done with Zara and will never shop with them again and il advise others not to either.

It's going to be hard expressing my experience here without using expletives. Whatever you're thinking of ordering, it isn't worth it to be ignored, lied to and ultimately end up out of pocket and without the item you wanted. Tried emailing and phoning, and all that happens is they email a few days later asking for something like your email address, then you get ignored. Makes me see the company in such a negative light. Shop elsewhere.
