They don't really offer ANY kind of support. I lost a day of work waiting for someone to respond to a support request and then the following day when I STILL had received no answer I switched to Thinkific. And now, five days later? I have only received form letters with links to blog articles that do not resolve the problem. I've initiated a cancellation and a refund request and have had NO response at all. What if something went wrong on the day of my class? I can't risk using this company
