I ordered two sets (of two) bar stools from Bed Bath and Beyond in late March 2021. I had to return the stools as they did not work in my space. I shipped the stools back on 4/13/21. On 4/19/21, I received half of the refund. As of today, 5/15/21 I still didn't receive the rest of my money (over $200). I spent endless hours on the phone with BBB and each time I am told that they will process the refund and then I wait and wait and call back and nothing happens. I have the receipt for the shipment with tracking numbers they they have issued to me. This is beyond upsetting! Do I have to beg to receive my money back??? How many more phone calls will it take BBB?????
