Review of delta
I was on flight 1287 from Los Angeles to Houston on July 31. My ticket was for basic economy, and I was assigned a seat at check-in. I have flown United and American airlines, and their economy seats are pretty difficult to stand for more than an hour or two. They are hard, don’t have any kind of back support or anything like that. I was absolutely floored when I got in my seat on Delta, and there were literally cushions under my behind and on my back. Super comfortable! The flight went as smooth as glass, and the flight attendants were efficient and attentive. And what I was most impressed with was that they had little video, or TV screens, on the back of each seat, even in basic economy, and all of the movies were free. One of the flight attendants handed out complementary headphones to make the flight even more enjoyable. I had my own, but it was nice to see they provided them to their guests. How refreshing! It made the time, not to sound cliché, but “fly by“. I don’t care what anybody else says or what negative reviews are posted, I will continue to fly only Delta.

Called the recon line and was hoping they reconsider my credit application and the lady I talked to was super rude - not helpful at all. I wanted to get more details on why I was denied because I have great credit and she just kept repeating the same stuff I received from the denial letter. Her tone was overall condescending as soon as she got on the line.

Don't buy this service it's another scam from Google. My data was slowed after exceeding the allotted data, I went ahead and accepted the ridiculous / scam they charged $10 for one Gig to watch 2 videos and the next day I'm already at $10 for 1 Gig of used. (Support said they can differentiate or honor any data that the phone does by itself and if you read after you accept, it say you can not cancel out, so basically you can't use your phone unless you wanna pay $10 every time you use it.

I attempted to purchase 5 matinee tickets this last Saturday totaling $80 after the ticket prices and the service fee. Put in my card info and the app told me that I did not have active internet and my purchase did not go through. My wife then purchases them straight from the megaplex site no problem, without the service fee I might add. Then Monday comes around and my wife contacted me at work, stating that your site did charge us for the tickets afterall! I contacted Fandango and had to write out my complaint, only to receive a call back later by someone who barely spoke or understood English and I barely understood them enough to be told it would take up to 72 hours for a decision. Within minutes I received a message stating that because I was reaching out with the problem after the movie time there was nothing they would do for me. I told them the problem was with there app and there was no indication that the sale went through. No email with a QR code for the movie, nothing charging my account the day of. As far as I was concerned, I had no reason to call the day of. In hindsight, I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my using the app, but I've never had this problem before and I've used it many times before. It look as though this has happened to alot of people. Common practice of ripping people off I guess. This was the last! I deleted it from my phone.

More and more difficulty using eBay. I’m an 81 year old who’s been using it for 20 years. . Now if I want to buy something like a wallpaper stripping tool I have to prove I’m not a mad killer. After all this their records should show that I don’t fit into that category. It’s Amazon for me in future

Review of hp
2 identical HP printers both having smudgy ink at the same time - changed cartridge, changed paper still no good. Bought an Black XL cartridge from Tesco Plc £17 again same problem - phoned HP the person I spoke with said Tesco cartridge a counterfeit - I said what the UK's largest retailer have counterfeit cartridges told Yes. Told to buy HP product £53.99 from Currys - for 430 pages - Feel that HP are deliberating stopping your printer using anything but their cartridges - which cost more than the printer. Will never buy an HP printer again.

While I lived in North Carolina and prepared to retire to South Africa I battled through weeks of email and visits to branch offices to set up a system to transfer money from my Wells Fargo account to an account in South Africa. Eventually I received an RCA SecureID fob and was told that everything has been set up.Guess whsat!!! When I got to South Africa all I got was a message saying the service is not available.

Review of macys
Be warned!!! Buying anything that you might require assistance from customer service. First of all, shame on Macys for outsourcing their customer service to Asia. I bought a sofa from them, which I’m very happy with the sofa, but the legs were damaged. They said six weeks and I’ll have new legs. I contacted them multiple times and was assured everything was fine. This started back in January. Finally I after multiple follow ups from my end, they said they’re just going to replace the whole sofa. Fine by me. I called and talk to a human that set up delivery for June 6. A human. Then last week I received an email stating my furniture is ready for delivery on July 25. Again multiple phone calls and emails to Macy’s . Then I finally got a hold of customer service in Asia, which was so very scripted and unhelpful. I did end up agreeing to have my sofa delivered June 13. Wish me luck.
