Due to arrive at Polynesian hotel resort tomorrow but due to an issue with our current private accommodation we needed to book for an extra night. To accomplish what should have been a straight forward task it took 8 phone calls and over 2 hours of my time on the telephone. Why is booking a room at Disney World or modifying an existing booking so complicated? I don’t blame the staff but the processes involved. Shocking experience from what should be the happiest place on earth. Feeling far from happy now just stressed
Review of chess
I lost my account, not because I cheated, but I did reply to people (alright, not in the best way sometimes, I admit) who called me names during and after the game. I did manage to go through 100s of my previous games because I received automated messages many times telling me my rating has been compensated because I played cheaters. However, none of my opponents (at least I the ones could find) have been closed because of this cheating. Sometimes, I see people of wildly different ratings literally play the same opening, even where they "sacrifice" the same pawns. I do keep track of these people, because I suspect them of cheating. Still none of them are getting banned. It's fine if they keep my account closed, but their coddling of cheaters (not people I call cheaters, but cheaters defined by chess.com itself) has gone too far.Honestly, I switched to an ad-free and a lot more transparent chess platform (Do I even need to say its name at this point?) and can't say I regret it. I wish chess.com improves their practices, because I still miss playing there.Reply to Chess.com:Except you didn't actually block the anyone that I played despite giving me a message that "some" people I played were violating fair play rules. However, my account got blocked for me replying to them? This is ridiculous... If you are not blocking them, how about telling me who they were?

Review of wsj
Same complaint as everyone else on here I'm sure, but how infuriating. I have a "DIGITAL" subscription, yet there's no way to cancel digitally. They make you call and wait on hold for an eternity to cancel just so a sales guy can try to give you a few months free and prevent you from cancelling. I used to really value the WSJ, but it's become more partisan than I remember a decade ago.

Review of Spotify
Spotify has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NONE, ZERO! They only refer you to "the community" comprised of spotify users - the blind leading the blind. I absolutely hate that I can't get my music to play because of a technical problem on Spotify's end. I do NOT recommend Spotify even though I loved it without a problem for 5 years. Now that I NEED help from Spotify - it is IMPOSSIBLE
Review of vrbo
Don't book with VRBO.Use them to find a property, and then find that same property on booking.com or similar (hosts generally list on multiple sites). When things go wrong with VRBO, they side with the host, not you.Update: having battled with VRBO "customer support" for several weeks and got no help at all, VRBO post a reply to my review suggesting I contact... their customer support!

Bought a pair of boots in a size 7, they were a European size 38 which is too big but they didn’t mention that, so I had to exchange them for a 6 or 37 EU. I returned them the day that I received them in the mail for the exchange. 2 weeks later I get an email saying they never received the return. I emailed them with tracking showing that they were returned. They said in order for the exchange it needed to arrive within 7 days. How is that my fault if I shipped them back the exact same day that I received them. And they did arrive on time they just didn’t see them in the warehouse I suppose. So forget the exchange, now it’s been a month and they are still investigating the return in order to give me a refund (even though I’ve provided the tracking with the order number on the package and the day that they were received back at the warehouse). JUST give me my money back and stop trying to steal from people on Christmas. It shouldn’t take a month to get money back for a return. Never ordering from here again. Customer service just gives back generic responses that don’t really help at all.
Review of surveymonkey
10 Response Limit Joke - Distributed a small 7 question survey to a local sports team expecting approx 10 - 20 responses. Initially all fine until the 10th response was received. Whilst willing to pay for more responses I can't justify the £49 for the flex plan for a month for my needs (5 / 10 more responses) plus having read the reviews on here I wouldn't trust them with my details.
Review of smartsheet
Worst Customer Service in UK.First up the product, Smartsheet is fantastic, I have no issue with the product at all (except not handling time as a data type) so my gripe is not the product. My issue lies with the UK customer service which is ATROCIOUS truly the worst I have come across. We spent >5k to get the enterprise license and once they got the order they disappeared completely, trust me just use either the free or basic business plan DO NOT engage with UK sales or service
Review of lg
$2300 fridge and freezer from Costco. Linear compressor failure not once, not twice, but three times on less than 5 years. Each time, 2 weeks to get it fixed. Food spoilage, added expense, eating out...it all adds up. Cust service nice enough to offer $200 one time. First service I was required to pay $350 even tho under warranty. I will NEVER EVER buy anything LG again.
Review of justgiving
Donated £10 to charity, and a gift aid pop up appeared which I accepted. I do not recall a platform charge being added, but then noticed afterwards a £1.90 platform fee had been taken from my card too. 19% of my donation. Seems that this warning is not as prominent as it should be, to be sure permission is granted. I will be extra vigilant on future occasions...
Review of homeadvisor
Booked 12/16/21 for 12/17/21:We were scheduled for a 6pm service tonight. Around 10:00 this morning I received a text from an unknown number simply asking me for my number so they could call me. I had to question who it was because they never even introduced themselves or why they were calling! They THEN explained they were the handyman being sent for our service that evening and said they were going to call me, which I assumed was soon after, but I didn’t hear anything so I went to work. We waited from 6 to 6:30 but when no one showed up I contacted Angi and spoke to someone who gave me our handyman’s number to reach out to him. When I finally reached him he told me he needed to reschedule until next Tuesday. I told him that was unacceptable because our shower is completely inoperable and that I would be calling to cancel. When I called Angi back, I spoke to Jessibel who I explained to that I wanted to cancel because the handyman was not able to come as scheduled tonight. She told me that I could reschedule for Monday, but again I told her that was unacceptable and that I wanted to be refunded. She said nothing else and the very next thing I hear is a dial tone from her hanging up on me! No apology, no explanation, so I don’t even know if she has even really cancelled. Because I scheduled through Angi yesterday, I passed on other opportunities to get our work completed by this weekend. This experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable!! I will never use Home Advisor again and will share with others this experience I had and tell them to beware!!
