Terrible customer service!I have been a loyal customer for 23 years. I used to have an account with EA that I could log into. It worked well in the past. I havent logged into my account for a while with stuff that I have bought from them for over 1000 Euros. I tried to log into my account but my login had expired so I contacted customer service. He told me that he could not restore my account and the only way for me to do so would be to update my password. I no longer have access to the e-mail address I used to create the account but they can not do anything.So I spoke with the university of Iceland that are forwarding mail from my old e-mail to my new one so I tried updating my password 5 times last night. Nothing, nada.So I contacted them again, now they are telling me my account has been deleted by me and there is nothing they can do.13 tickets have been opened about this case. 13 people have chatted with me. No body can help me. The people that are working in their customer department are all from India, speak very little english and go obviously by transcript.So in order to open my account I need to open new account and purchase the same stuff again because the i and morons that are working in this company are that dont know what they are doing.There is no way in hell I will be purchasing again what I already have in an account I did not delete but the system did that was designed by moron! A 5 year old would have done better job!

best buy store at 1585 Niagra falls blvd Amherst NY has the worst employees i have ever dealt with. Went in to buy a apple watch, and the 3 greeters ignored me and were mad when I interrupted them. Told me to sit in a chair and wait. after 25 minutes I asked again when someone would help me, he replied after they have lunch! We left and will never be back.

The security at the 1st gate was unacceptable. You had people trampled on/ passed out on the floor because you were not following the procedures we were told too.Emails and communication stated to download tickets to your wallet yet the security did not accept tickets in Apple wallet.I had to pay for data charges to be able to log into ticketmaster app to show my tickets.I should be compensated for having to pay $15 for using my international data plan when I should have not required it.On the Wednesday game Real Madrid things were much better organized.Not sure if this is FIFA or the actual stadium fault but this was unacceptable and I am requesting compensation and an apology for the security process.BR

Seat changes without asking.We went from a reserved seat to a bench without back support where the sun hit directly, inside the cheering group.A total mess, completely unacceptable.My son has a skin condition and ended up with a big rash, we had to exit the game early.

I have received a recall letter in December 2019, that Porsche has found a fault in brakes and they were happy to fix it for free. I have given them my car, they back it next day. In January 2020 my car started behave strange. First its battery has gone and I changed it. In April ABS pump has gone. I have given my car this time in local garage as do not trust to official Porsche service any more and guys in the garage said that steering rack is bended ( ???) and must be changed too. I drive very carefully, no accidents happened ( God bless), how the steering rack could be bended ?? I contacted West Porsche in January 2020 after the battery problem , they just said sorry, but the man who dealt with your car off holiday and they have never back to me. In the local garage I also been told , that time to time workers from official companies like Porsche, Mercedes , BMW and others Car companies, bring them original parts to sell with 30-40% discount. So they steal the original parts and put instead Chinese fakes.It seems that Porsche garage just made something with my car electronics to make me be back and spend money for repairing. I would never thought that so respective company like Porsche could do this. Shame!
