Terrible customer service!I have been a loyal customer for 23 years. I used to have an account with EA that I could log into. It worked well in the past. I havent logged into my account for a while with stuff that I have bought from them for over 1000 Euros. I tried to log into my account but my login had expired so I contacted customer service. He told me that he could not restore my account and the only way for me to do so would be to update my password. I no longer have access to the e-mail address I used to create the account but they can not do anything.So I spoke with the university of Iceland that are forwarding mail from my old e-mail to my new one so I tried updating my password 5 times last night. Nothing, nada.So I contacted them again, now they are telling me my account has been deleted by me and there is nothing they can do.13 tickets have been opened about this case. 13 people have chatted with me. No body can help me. The people that are working in their customer department are all from India, speak very little english and go obviously by transcript.So in order to open my account I need to open new account and purchase the same stuff again because the i and morons that are working in this company are that dont know what they are doing.There is no way in hell I will be purchasing again what I already have in an account I did not delete but the system did that was designed by moron! A 5 year old would have done better job!
