The security at the 1st gate was unacceptable. You had people trampled on/ passed out on the floor because you were not following the procedures we were told too.Emails and communication stated to download tickets to your wallet yet the security did not accept tickets in Apple wallet.I had to pay for data charges to be able to log into ticketmaster app to show my tickets.I should be compensated for having to pay $15 for using my international data plan when I should have not required it.On the Wednesday game Real Madrid things were much better organized.Not sure if this is FIFA or the actual stadium fault but this was unacceptable and I am requesting compensation and an apology for the security process.BR
