I ordered a couch from Wayfair in mid-May. It was delivered on May 29, and I had scheduled a Home Assembly appointment for May 30. The appointment had to be rescheduled to June 1 because I received no communication or confirmation from the assigned Assembly Pro. I selected a 7:00am–11:00am window, received a 9:00am confirmation, but the technician did not arrive until 1:45pm.When he finally arrived, he was unable to assemble the couch because Wayfair failed to include the necessary screws and hardware in the shipment.I contacted customer service and was belittled by a supervisor who claimed the screws were likely “in a secret compartment” and said it was my responsibility to locate them — not the technician’s. After thoroughly checking, it was clear the hardware was not included.I was told Wayfair does not offer expedited shipping for missing parts, so I had to wait another week for a hardware kit. When it arrived on June 7, the box was damaged and hardware was falling out. Some pieces were missing again.I called Wayfair again and was given two options: wait another week for a replacement kit or go to Lowe’s to find the parts myself. I chose the latter out of frustration.My rescheduled assembly appointment was for June 8 (again in the 7:00am–11:00am window), with a confirmed 9:30am arrival. The technician did not arrive until 11:00am — no call, no text, no apology, and no professionalism.This entire experience has been unacceptable: delayed and missed appointments, missing and poorly packaged parts, lack of communication, unhelpful and condescending customer service, and unprofessional technicians.Wayfair has shown a complete lack of accountability or care throughout this process. I am requesting formal acknowledgment of this complaint and an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience, wasted time, and poor service I’ve endured.

I realized I missed the subscription cancellation time and was charged for another year. Four days later I contacted them by chat, and was on the chat for over 30 minutes while they tried to offer me extra products for free, but insisted they could not cancel the subscription that I have never used in 2 years. This company is a scam because they can't survive without duping the public into their unused subscription.

Can't STAND it! Primarily because I always struggle with logging in, even though I own three f###ing emails now and they are connected.I forgot one password and now the other both two need me to retrieve a security code from the other connected ones, but all are logged out at the same time! My primary email allowed me try to log in ONCE and after that it locked me out. But I can't access the codes needed now!The little automatic service that checks if I am an impostor or if it's indeed me, is terrible. I apparently do not know my inbox well enough to pass its test

This company is ridiculous!!!We have had this account 2 years and every year they overbill us by thousands. Never call back, never resolve the issue, I have to dispute it with the CC company. Again this year even though we called prior to our renewal, once again overbilled. Want us to use the credit of $2400 plus on future billings instead of crediting back our CC. It would take us 3 years to use up the credit. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
