As a senior, I would like to see more recommendations of dividend growth stocks. in addition to pure growth stocks.

Honestly all these negative reviews for Amazon are misleading. The reality is that Amazon customer service is top tier. You can always speak with an agent within minutes, unlike other platforms with constant AI responses (looking at you EBay). Amazon also always makes an effort to correct any issue, whether that be by full or partial refund, etc. It’s a giant company so people will have negative interactions from time to time. But overall Amazon is the safest place to shop online which is why it’s number one.

Just like the others state below, avoid using Seagate if possible. Opened an RMA for a faulty 12TB Iron Wolf Pro drive. Promptly dispatched the faulty drive hoping to get my replacement ASAP. I got an email to say the serial number/product model was correct but the product number did not match. Called Seagate who explained this is an internal issue with Seagate and nothing to worry about. Someone from the warehouse team closed my case without any notes. I have been chasing for over a week, lost my voice repeating myself but no one at Seagate can get hold of the warehouse staff because they are sleeping. Agent staff promise a call back but just want to get you off the phone. You ask to speak to management, and they transfer you to another agent that cannot help. None of the staff care and there is no formal complaints process. Disgusting customer service. This is my production volume, I purchased these pro drives for the included support but Seagate are robbing their customers in order to pay their sleeping staff.I've tried using the online chat too, the agents might as well be asleep if they are not already. As a Senior infrastructure engineer, I would never recommend Seagate to any business or person. If anyone at Seagate is awake and reading this, my RMA is 130536468 and my case is 12166665. If you can help in any way to try and turn this experience around, please do. I will amend this review accordingly.

I finally decided to open a credit card with Chase, and it turned out to be a horrible experience. It was approved with a $25,000 credit limit. So, about a month later, I decided to do a $9400 balance transfer, and it was denied. I had a balance transfer offer up to $15,000, so it really made me upset. I am an 830-credit score with less than 3% debt in my credit file. I cancelled my credit card account immediately.Stay away from this financial institution.

Disgraceful paper with a lack of integrity. Tried to buy vouchers online that would be posted to me. The vouchers never arrived, but my money was taken and had to fight to get it back. My partner signed up to times online as a trial and they informed him that he had one month to go before his trial finished and then proceeded to charge him full amount of money early and without authorization. Scammers, sharks, liars. Beware… stay well away from this company.

Customer service is non existent. They cancelled my account the same day they changed to the new reward scheme and they say that I cancelled it. I did not and have now lost 3 free nights worth £350I have contacted them many times by phone and email and always get same reply “I cancelled account and opened new one the same day so have forfeited my free nights.Why would I do that ?? Wrote to their London office but guess what … no reply.They do not deserve to be in business

I had a issue with Fandango giving me a refund or exchange. I purchased movie tickets for me and my family on fandango online a hour before the showtime. Once we make it to the theater I was told my kids couldn't come due to their policy of no kids allowed to watch anything other than PG And G rated, after 6pm. I followed promptly with a phone call with fandango customer service, and I was told I have to wait 72hr for a response of their decision. 3days later they email me to tell me that they couldn't offer a return or exchange due to their policy. After the showtime they cant return or exchange anything. Fandango is ran by scheme artist. They steal people money only to get them tied up to financial loss. They do not offer custom fairness or sympathy even when its logic since to. I wouldn't support their website or services. Karma is a coming, and it will hit them soon.

STEALING COMPANY.If I could give it less I would. I canceled my subscription 7th May 2024, I have screen shots of the app cancelled on my app store. They still took £59.99p for 1 years subscription today 18th October 2024 and are saying I set this up and that I am in the wrong. I don't even have the app for months. AVOID. £60 is a lot to me and it will affect my monthly bills because of them.

I have been a Daily Mail reader (via its app) for several years and it has become something dreadful. The persistent advertisements interrupting your reading was the worst, I accepted it as it ment I got to read for free, so you have to be fair and accept that. Then comes along the poor writing and spelling, im not at all a first class speller but for a well renowned newspaper and journalism, you expect better than constantly poor literacy. Then for the final nail in the coffin for me was a comment of mine was taken down as it was reported several times by other users, I used no profanities, no abusive language, no threatening behaviour send I stuck to House Rules as set out by the Daily Mail, however the DM decided to use their discretion to silence my comment even though it broke no rules; impartiality?? I think not. I will now move over and PAY to use another newspaper service like The Guardian or similar.
