Let me just start with I usually don't leave bad reviews. But this is absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I don't even know how they train their customer service people that multiple people will reassure their customer of the same wrong information over and over again. First, my originally in stock item was placed on backorder. I was very concerned so I contacted customer service. They reassured me many times that the order will not be cancelled. But guess what? The order was cancelled anyway days later. That is not all. They sent me an apology with a $10 discount for my next order over $50. So, I placed the order and the discount code worked. However, I had to cancel the order because I put the wrong address. They told me they are going to apply the $10 balance from their end in 1-2 business days but then I got an email saying that it will not be applied. When I contacted customer service over chat and told them about my issue, none of them could solve the issue so guess what they would transfer me to the next agent and I had to explain the issue a total of 3 times to 3 different agents. In the end, the issue was not solved. Anyways I'll never buy from them again, this is a waste of time and the worst I have ever experienced.

I agreed it was fun to do tik tok video but it has affected the younger ones too. When they saw the videos shared by their friends they thought it was cool and wanted to do tik tok too. And some were addicted to do tik tok and affected their studies. Yes, parental control is important but at times the kids just tik tok without their parents knowing it. I hope tik tok will set an age mark. If not, tik tok should be banned. They should have an apps to screen through the videos before posting too and please ban and suspend all young kids from using tik tok. It is a very bad influence for them especially when they don't know if it was right or wrong to do the tik tok thinking it was fun and funny.

Two accounts on Substack are enmeshed and intermingled. TWO HOURS of a chat lead me in circles. Got nowhere. When I begged for human help, I was told they’re very busy. Nothing resolved. And the “this is a serious problem and we want to make it right” BS was downright insulting.

I posted in July my disgust at this company and have since emailed them repeatedly with NO REPLY. I added this statement by RCL VP from 17th July and still no reply or refund, dispicable behaviour.Royal Caribbean's Senior Vice President, Sales, Trade Support and Service, Vicki Freed, told travel agents that the average refund request is now 23 days."Moreover, there are about 1,000 bookings that are still over 30 days waiting for a refund, but all of them should be processed by this Sunday.""We also want to report some great news, and that is that our average refund is twenty three days," Freed said in a webinar. "Now, we do have about a thousand bookings that are over 30 days waiting for a refund. And we should have those process by Sunday this weekend."How can they publicly state this and still so many people are waiting?????

Interviewed a couple contractors, but very happy I went with Chris. Great decision. He takes obvious pride in his work and did everything. He told me he would do when he said he would do it. Not easy to find these days. Will definitely use him again for other repairs around the house.

Is there a way to give zero stars to this place? First of all, the staff here were consistently rude and arrogant. They even asked my 8-month pregnant wife to stand aside and wait while they prioritized other customers over those dropping off Yodel parcels. On the 27th of August, she dropped off two parcels, and both have disappeared. Tracking shows that Yodel hasn’t picked them up since, so the parcels should still be there. The owner of this petrol station should investigate this and get rid of these thieves.
