I bought two Sonicare toothbrushes from Philips. One broke after one year (it was replaced) and the other one stopped working properly after about 14 months and then totally broke after about 2 years. These are expensive toothbrushes and come with several gadgets each, so I hate to see all of this becoming rubbish - really bad for the environment. I would expect this sort of product to last.

Like many people I have had no success in getting a refund for a repaired google nest thermostat. When getting a thermostat repaired you have to pay for the engineer and the component parts upfront and then you supposedly you get the money back in the form of a refund from google. I have been through all the correct channels to get my money back but like a lot of others I have had no success and even from the beginning they seemed to put up as many ''road blocks'' and excuses as to why they are delaying my refund. Months have gone by now and no sign of a refund despite numerous requests for updates. You just have to do a search on their forum page and typing ‘’no refund’’ to see how many people are being ‘’fobbed off’’ with ridiculous excuses as to why they are not paying back the money owed ! My thermostat went wrong relatively quickly and I would never buy this product again and I wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot before purchasing. My guess is if the customer services bothers replying,which I doubt as they seem to have stopped replying to these posts, it will be in the form of ‘’please let us have your enquiry number and we will look in to it’’ I have given this to them on many occasions and have no confidence in this company to do anything other than give me more ‘’waffle’’. I am a pensioner and could really do with this money now especially after the recent energy payment hike. I hope these people can sleep well at night !

Scam to charge more money by Agoda. Price on screen was $1500 HKD less than that the Hotel offer. Went ahead to book with Agoda, turned out up-charging $6000 HKD once credit card info was provided.Tried to call the customer service about the payment processing issue and followed their instructions to submit a Best Price Guarantee claim. Hidden rules applied after payment which said I don't qualify price match and refuse to acknowledge the payment processing issue. Also, do not care about customers writing negative reviews as said by me over the phone. You can see the average 1.5 stars on many other review platforms.

I had dropbox for years and it was working great until..... Until I did a recovery via time machine on the beginning of April 2019. Now we are limited to three devices but I'm using dropbox, with important data on 5-6 different devices and I'm connected to about 12 devices. Now they are saying that I need to delete 10 devices or pay to continue using it. I've contacted them and Nicolas (french employee) never answered my question and even if it's the same device, they can't do anything since, in 4 messages he never answered my question and finally sent me an automated message to told me it's the CUL DE SAC. I'm looking at other solutions and pCloud has better pricing, Drive is free with 20gb and unlimited devides. So, will I recommend to a friend? Hell no.
