Subscribed and deleted after 1 month. It's good for simple things/questions but then absolutly nothing if you need deeper help. the chat was keeping giving me a error message, I tried to get any kind of help but nothing worked: The help center doesn't really exist, nobody helps you and you pay for nothing !

Good customer support. Actually quite surprised by their tenacity to solve the issue I had. I had contacted them about an issue with my account where some options were not there and they responded back and checked back with me on a regular basis until the issue was resolved.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Gabe McCoy and Luke Hardin, two Delta employees.I am a patient of Parkinson’s disease. On September 5, 2023, I was on Delta 1170 going to Austin, Texas. On the way. I wanted to use the toilet but felt my feet “frozen”. I turned to two male attendants for help and Gabe and Luke not only helped me tide over the corner escorted me back to my seat using a wheelchair.I appreciate it very much particularly when I think of the the experience we had in Delta 230 on August 24 when my wife asked a fat woman attendant to fetch a backpack from the cabin because my wife was not tall enough. Not only did the fat attendant refused to help by saying “I am not tall enough either,” but also proudly discussed her response with other passengers hereby later.

Terrible airline. We missed our connection due to our plane diverting, when we arrived into NYC, the queue for the Delta customer service was up to around 4 hours long. The attitude of the staff on the desk was poor, no communication to anyone about what was happening. 0 money or support provided for hotels/taxis etc and left on the streets of NYC for 24 hours. Inflight service also poor, offered a soft drink and a snack across a 5.5 hour flight? I would not recommend ever flying with this airline.

When investing in household essentials like a water purifier, one expects reliability and support, particularly from a brand as renowned as Xiaomi. Yet, my encounter with their alarming end-of-life policy unveils a potential pitfall for any Xiaomi product owner: the abrupt declaration of a product as end-of-life, rendering your investment unsupported and, in essence, valueless, irrespective of its actual state or lifespan.Three years ago (23-10-2020), I opted for a Xiaomi Smart Water Purifier, placing my family's health in the hands of what I assumed was top-tier technology supported by reliable customer service. Fast forward to today (13-02-2024), and the device has malfunctioned. I expected a straightforward, albeit paid, resolution, considering its out-of-warranty status. However, Xiaomi's response revealed the stark reality of their end-of-life policy.Despite my readiness to cover repair and part costs, Xiaomi refused service, citing the device's end-of-life status due to a single unavailable component. Paradoxically, Xiaomi continues to sell filters for this model as of today (13-02-2024), suggesting the product isn't entirely obsolete for them. This selective support highlights serious concerns regarding the durability and value of Xiaomi's offerings. This ordeal has led me to question the sustainability and ethicality of Xiaomi's post-sale support. Declaring a vital device like a water purifier as end-of-life within just three years, and denying paid repairs, is not only disheartening but also poses environmental and economic irresponsibility. It significantly erodes customer trust and loyalty, overshadowing the brand's dedication to its consumer base.I caution potential buyers to meticulously consider this policy and its ramifications. Your indispensable appliance could be merely one component short of becoming an unsupported, inoperative gadget, with Xiaomi's policies offering no solution but premature replacement. Think carefully before investing in a brand that might not uphold its products when most needed.

Excellent ordering experience. Bought some pieces for a new PC build and everything that shipped directly by Newegg arrived quickly. One piece from another company arrived a day later so not too bad. Everything arrived in great condition and I had no issues setting it up and running immediately.

Order customized furniture! The first driver said he wanted to go home. And that they don't maneuver or anything to get your furniture in the door. My living room door is 29in the furniture is 32' with the cushions and the legs still on. The first drivers said it wouldn't fit up the stairs...but guess what it made into the stairs! He then said it wouldn't make it through the doors and he took it back. I was his last delivery. I complained and the manager of delivery said that they can get it in and that the next driver would can do it!! Guess what..they didn't even try! I have no door just an entryway! Macy's don't try they want to be able to pick up and drop it, like the local grocery store. Hire professional movers that know angles!!!! I am so upset I have been crying over this nightmare.
